This beautiful two bedroom apartment situated in San Eugenio, Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje in the Ocean Park complex is just 7 minutes walk to the beach and 100m to the shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation offers a very large balcony(sun all day), beautiful sea views, swimming pool and free on-site parking.
The apartment has all what you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, free wifi, hair dryer, safe and air con. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Wohnung wie beschrieben, nicht mehr ganz neu. Dafür gute Lage mit Meerblick. Anlage sauber und ruhig. Parkplatz im Gelände, kurze Wege mit Aufzug. Wlan schnell und gesichert, TV nicht benutzt. Safe ok. Haben sehr gut geschlafen, kaum nächtliche Störungen. Jason und Julia sind vor Ort und jederzeit ansprechbar. Danke nochmal.

Winter get away

The property is very well presented, and as described, in a very clean quiet complex, one we have stayed at previously, close to all local amenities. It has everything you need. Julia and Jason were a pleasure to deal with managing any issues which arose and as the end of our holiday coincided with the beginning of the shutdown very supportive with managing accommodation and transfers. Thank you again.

Very enjoyable holiday

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 week stay in the apartment. We stayed here 7 years ago and the new shower is a big improvement. Julia and Jason are very attentive managers and respond to queries within minutes. Yes, the apartment would benefit from some improvements, but the huge terrace, views and location far outweigh any concerns about the decor. We have already booked for next year, thank you Julia and Jason.

Great apartment in a great location!

Julia was an excellent owner from the time of booking, very helpful and check-in was very easy. Apartment is very nice, well kept and spacious (new bathroom with a lovely big shower) with a fantastic balcony for sunbathing and relaxing on with lovely sea views. Excellent location, a few mins walk to an excellent big supermarket, an array of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the beach less than 10 mins walk away. We will definitely be staying again! Great location, quiet apartment and complex

We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the apartment was a great size for us. The Terrace is large and gets sun from midday until sunset. The apartment was clean and well kept, the shower was the only issue as there wasn’t much hot water and it could do with being updated. The complex was very quiet and we always managed to get loungers around the pool. There are shops, bars and restaurants literally outside of the complex. Beach and shopping centre 10 mins walk away. Julia was great, very accommodating and we had her number if we had any issues. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return soon!

Stayed here in early January 2019. Very good location..and complex, but apartment really needs updated with decor and new bedding for both rooms is a must, very dissapointed .Main bedroom curtain is a more like a see through purple netting, so no privacy when in the room and sunlight shines right through it that wakes you up as soon as the sun comes up in the morning. Also the Bathroom needs a makeover as grouting and tiles are black with mould in shower

A lovely clean apartment with a large terrace and sea view. Watching the sun set from the terrace is a must. Excellent TV and cooking facilities, would recommend this apartment on a clean and quiet complex to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

The property needs decorated, the bedding was poor, single sheet on the double bed, the single beds had a cushion instead of pillows. The cleaner was rude. Don't recommend staying here, shame as the rest of the complex is clean and the pool is lovely

This apartment has a large sunny balcony more than suitable for sun-bathing or dining al la fresco. Sun appears around lunchtime and lasts till sunset. Great sea views - worth taking a pair of binoculars for full advantage. Inside, the apartment has been recently decorated but strangely the bathroom has been left out and is in need of a makeover. Good facilities with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. TV is a bit lacking for UK visitors with no BBC1/2, Ch 4 and intermittent ITV. Large supermarket only a few 100 yards away and sea front bars and restaurants roughly 10 mins walk away - down hill and so walking back up may be a problem for the less abled. Despite being close to all amenities and roads, the complex is very quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday.

bonjour aprés avoir consulté la proprietaire pour réserver ,auncun contrat ne nous a ete etabli ?? appart pas propre, verres déparreillés ,placards dont les portes etaient devisés ,pas wifi ,grille pain inseviable ,comme le four tres sale ,pas tele française ,robinet d"evier flexible ,apres notre arrivée ,j'ai telephonné à la propritaire pour le gille pain ,elle devait en ramener un ,j'amais eu , la vue de la terrasse est correcte , en final ,jamais de controle au départ des locataires ,à revoir la propreté , merci abritel pour les prestations , monique christian
