Playa De Las Americas Studio

A very nice and cozy studio apartment located in Playa de Las Americas in a popular Garden City complex. The complex benefits from excellent location being in close walking vicinity from the beach (5 minutes walk), supermarket, bus station with buses to all Tenerife destinations, as well as Siam Park and Aqualand. There is a San Eugenio Shopping Centre only 2-3 minutes walk from the Garden City. It has many shops, cafes and a big supermarket "Mercadona". There are two swimming pools at the complex. One is heated during the winter. Sun beds at the pool are free of charge. There is also a pool bar where you can have a drink or a snack.
There is a WiFi available at the complex reception for 14 Euros/week.
By your request we can arrange tickets to Loro Park and Siam Park lower than standard price.

Property was the same as what is says on the Web site and is accurate.

The reason for the poor score this is the second time in 18 months we have been located in this area of Garden City and the smell of people smoking drugs was bad and was strongly smelt on our Balcony each day and also each night. The apartment was very nice and also the property manager but the smell of drugs lot this down really bad and I would not be staying in this area again due to this reason alone. Tenerife bellissima, ma alloggio pessimo. Ci ritorneremo ma non in questa casa.

Purtroppo sono poche le cose positive. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà. Sembra una casa moderna e pulita, invece è risultata fatiscente e in particolare la pulizia ha lasciato veramente molto a desiderare. Le stoviglie erano sporche e pertanto non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di utilizzarle. Così come il divano. Inoltre mancavano alcune cose basilari come sapone e carta igienica (capisco che non è un albergo, ma almeno il minimo indispensabile!). Nella descrizione è riportato il bidet che invece non c'è. Ma La cosa più grave è stata la presenza di blatte! Una cosa disgustosa ed inconcepibile! In 6 giorni (in cui abbiamo dormito con la paura che ci finissero nel letto) ne abbiamo uccise almeno 10 tra cucina, bagno, e terrazzino, cosa che ci ha costretto anticipatamente ad abbandonare la casa e trovare un altro alloggio senza neanche contattare il proprietario (motivo per cui non ci ha voluto rimborsare le ultime 2 notti non trascorse qui). Senza poi contare quegli insetti minuscoli che camminavano sul lavandino di bagno e cucina che sembravano piccole formiche ma che solo dopo abbiamo capito che erano piccole blatte. L'unica giustificazione è che Tenerife ne era invasa, le strade erano piene. Nonostante questo, Dimitri si è mostrato disponibile per quello che ha potuto, e soprattutto l'isola è bellissima (spiagge magnifiche e particolari). Ci farebbe piacere ritornare sull'isola ma non in questa casa.

100% recomendable! Muy contentos con la estancia todo perfecto.

En primer lugar el casero muy amable, el primer día que llegamos debido a retrasos en el vuelo llegamos casi a las 3 de la mañana y nos espero sin peoblemas, todo facilidades! Y la estancia de 10. Es un apartamento muy acogedor, somos una pareja y estuvimos los 7 días super cómodos, está perfectamente equipado tanto la cocina como el resto. En el complejo hay personal de seguridad las 24 h, lo cual se agradece mucho. Las dos piscinas (una con socorrista) están muy bien hay sitio de sobra para todo el mundo, además en una de ellas tienes un bar que está muy bien también. En general está súper centrico, el Siam park a 5 minutos andando, igual que el mercadona, nosotros casi no tuvimos que coger el coche para nada. Además tiene aparcamiento gratuito justo en la puerta. Para salir de fiesta lo mismo se puede bajar andando perfectamente o para ir a las playas. Y para dormir igual, el sitio es muy tranquilo por las noches, se puede descansar. En general le doy un 10 a todo! Y lo recomiendo al 100% sin duda. Y por supuesto repetiremos!

Amazing 10 days

I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to Enjoy Garden City. The apartment was exactly as we could see on the pictures. Very good size for a couple! I loved the kitchen, it was fully equipped. (Food cupboard:rice, pasta, oil, spices, salt etc!!!!) Big flat screen TV increases the comfort! We really enjoyed the balcony to have a lunch there or for talking during the night. It was quiet! There are 2 swimming pool, the bigger one was busier. Good size, lifeguard is always there. Flat part for babies, kids and 2,5m depth for swimming. Poolbar with free wifi, but is was weak sometimes. The prices are fine. The location is excellent. Mercadona literally 5 minutes walk from the apartment as well as the Siam park or the Aqualand Adeje. Ocean is 10 minutes walk, with a very nice coast. Restaurants around! Hospital and pharmacy is just 2-3 mins walk. I have to mention regarding the mediterranean area: There were not cockroaches at all! Thanks Dimitri, we definitely recommend the apartment for anyone who wants to have a nice time in Tenerife. We will go back as soon as possible! All the best Niki and Gergo
