Exceptionally Private secluded Villa for 8 with excellent WIFI. Located on exclusive Avenida de Cielo this beautiful, clean and quiet villa has incredible views overlooking the most beautiful beach in Hermosa/Santa Teresa. This house was completed in 2016 and comes with great architectural features. Viewing the Surf, Beach, jungle canopy and coastlines. All 4 bedrooms have A/C, fans, modern bathrooms and an ocean/jungle view. To have both security privacy and quiet for 8 guests with jungle/mountain and beach views is unique to this property. The large outdoor lounging areas and chefs kitchen will be great for entertaining 10-12 guests. The modern infinity pool overlooks Hermosa beach. It takes only 4 minutes to drive from the house to the Hermosa beach. Monkeys and birds visit daily.

We have 3 kids that love to surf and be on the ocean. We are originally from Canada but have traveled all over the world and fell in love with this area of Costa Rica.
Why they chose this property
We have been traveling to this area for 5 years and decided to build in 2015. It has everything we were looking for. Privacy, ocean, jungle and beach views with the close proximity of good restaurants and access to our favorite beach Hermosa.
