Fantastic 2nd floor corner apartment situated on the golf complex of Real de Campoamor near Villamartin. Recently refurbished, it now has full gas central heating, new floor tiles, and two new shower rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, hall, separate kitchen and utility room and lounge / diner with patio doors onto a terrace with open aspect including a view of La Manga. The terrace has a sun/wind awning and some comfortable outside furniture. The master bedroom has a stunning sea view. The apartment has ramp access from the pavement and has lifts to all floors. There is a lovely communal pool close by. The apartment has modern furniture. Each year the bedding and towels are replenished. The apartment has British satellite TV and Spanish TV a Safe and free WiFi. The apartment is only a short walk to the supermarket and banks and all the bars and restaurants in La Fuente Commercial Centre. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and it is only 7 minutes drive to the nearest beaches on the Orihuela Costa. There are also 3 other golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the apartment: Las Ramblas, Villamartin and the new Las Colinas. I live closeby to the apartment and will personally greet you and make sure your holiday is fantastic! Renting the apartment at Christmas? We will provide a christmas tree if desired.

Great location

Had a lovely stay. The apartment is perfect. Just like home from home. Great location with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Many areas to visit within a short drive. We look forward to our next visit.

Our break in Spain

This is not the first time we have stayed here, and it won't be the last. Like i commented last year, this appartment has everything you need, close to all supermarkets, bars, and beaches.Yes beaches you are spoilt for choise. And now to top it, there's a gourmet restaurant opened right opposite which do lovely food. Can't wait to return.

Location is great. Bed in main bedroom is very soft we had to move to the other bedroom as the twin bed’s were harder. No a/c in either bedroom only living room so nighttime was uncomfortable

Insgesamt gute Unterkunft für Familienurlaub

Große, helle und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Zwei Badezimmer. Insgesamt gute Ausstattung. Sauberkeit war nicht schlecht, aber im Detail ausbaufähig (z.B. unter den Betten, Türklinken, Lichtschalter, Fernbedienungen). Highlight für die Kinder war der zur Anlage gehörige Pool. Tolles englischsprachiges TV-Paket.

Great place to stay

Cozy and clean apartment, with nice view. We loved the stay, close to supermarkets and nice restaurants. The surroundings were nice and the swimming pool was fine. We will consider this apartment again when returning to the Villa Martin area.

Lovely apartment with great community pool

The apartment was excellent value for money, spotless, really well furnished and equipped. Aircon in the lounge was great and the TV package includes all the movie channels etc. The community pool is lovely and much nicer than I expected (the pictures don’t do it justice). No problem getting sun loungers at various times of the day. There is a Mercadona in the next street and there are loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We didn’t go to any of them though as we were out and about, but they looked good. The beaches are a 10 minute drive away and so this was a perfect base for us to go exploring for a few days. Rachel was great at communicating about the check in etc and made the process really easy. If you are looking for somewhere a bit inland with access to shops, restaurants and a pool you can’t go far wrong with this one. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Heel dicht bij centro commercial "La Fuente", waar je vooral bars en restaurants kan vinden. Op 500m van supermarkt Mercadona en Aldi. Zwembad is super maar ligt wel aan de overkant van de straat, even moeten zoeken maar snel gevonden. Alles was in orde!

Hi guys this is a property you must rent it has everything you could wish for.

As you approach this beautiful appartment from the outside you immediately see how clean and tidy its kept, we were met by a colleague of Rachel who gave us the keys and showed us around.You can immediately feel how spacious, and how clean this appartment is again with everything you need my favorite is the balcony especially first thing in the morning with a coffee. 7 min drive and you are on a beach, 7 min walk and you are at a number of restaurants plus bars, what else could you wish for. Already looking at more dates for this year. Well done Rachel.

Wish the weather had not spoiled our stay

Our host was great, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean with all the amenities from home. We had a great view of La Manga when the weather allowed. We was a few minutes walk from a great selection of bars and restaurants. In the apartment we had a top notch entertainment system for TV and films which we made use of during the unsettled weather and the bed was extremely comfortable. I could not fault it for a holiday apartment it was great. Shame the weather let us down but that's the chance you take. Would love to go back in good weather and enjoy the great views and pool

Attractive apartment

Very good accommodation, plenty of space, clean and well maintained. We stayed here July 2019 and had an enjoyable time. Well situated for access to beaches and towns. Lots of good local restaurants. Rachel was always very helpful and even went out of her way to show us around the local area when we arrived.

Everything you could want in a holiday apt.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and ideally situated. It was accurately described and didn't disappoint in any way. Rachel the owner provided an excellent service and her recommendations of places to eat and visit ensured we had the best time ever. Just over the road from the apartment there are many restaurants and bars with a good selection of different cuisines. Of the ones we visited, there were none that disappointed. We hired a car from Rachel's husband John who has a car hire business nearby and consequently were able to venture further afield and again based on Rachel's recommendations enjoyed some great trips out. With the car we were able to visit many of the attractive little beaches situated nearby and travel to resorts a little further afield such as Torrevieja and San Pedro. There are golf courses a plenty surrounding the location and there is also a modern shopping centre nearby, so speaking from our point of view as a group of mature adults, this apartment offered us just about every you could wish for in an ideal holiday. I cannot recommend this apartment and it's owner highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next visit in October.

Great Holiday Location

We stayed in this apartment for a month and despite fairly average weather the apartment was far from average. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could wish for to make your holiday perfect. It is within walking distance of some first rate bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely!!!!

Great Holiday

Apartment just as advertised except it also included every utensil etc you could possibly need. Rachel was there when you needed her and not when you didn't! Will definitely stay here again.

I know what holiday makers expect from a property and by refurbishing it throughout I hope you will be impressed at the standard I am aiming to achieve. I live locally and will be personally meeting arrivals to make sure everything is satisfactory.

Why they chose this property

It's a fantastic location for either beach or golf holidays. It's walking distance to ALL amenities and a bus stop so you don't need a car, although I still recommend you do if you want to fully enjoy the area. There are lots of top quality restaurants on your doorstep too.
