Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and that our team helped make your stay a pleasant one. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience with guest access. We always recommend that guests reach out to our concierge team in advance when planning to have visitors, so we can help prevent any issues with security. Regarding the deposits, we understand how this may have been confusing. For clarity, we require a 25% deposit which is applied to the rent at the time of booking, and a separate 25% refundable security deposit due 14 days before arrival. While the amounts may be the same, they serve different purposes, and we apologize if that distinction wasn’t clear. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and guest experience. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

We appreciate the detailed review and feedback of Hacienda Edith. We are so glad they received excellent service from their concierge, Roberto, for all their needs. We're happy they took advantage of the close proximity to the beautiful beach as well. Ubers in Cabo will experience the same inconveniences as unapproved vendors when entering the Pedregal gated community (for security) and many will not be granted entrance. The taxi service our concierges use will not have those issues. We are happy our guests had a wonderful vacation and we look forward to welcoming them again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback! We are terribly sorry about the issue with the plumbing. We are glad you had a great time despite the issue.

Thank you for your feedback! We hope to welcome you back to Los Cabos soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed Villa Hacienda Edith! We hope to welcome you back to Los Cabos soon!

We are sorry the villa was not up to your expectations. This villa provides maid service every other day and they will gladly clean any areas that may have may have missed if kindly asked. In addition, the house is fumigated every 2 weeks, but sometimes insects do find their way in, especially if food is left out. Thankfully we haven’t had any issues with ants at this villa since. Our clients find the pre stocking to be a great option and items are purchased and stocked in the villa the day before. It must have been very disappointing to find mold on the cheese. The vendor was very accommodating by replacing it with the cinnamon rolls, tortillas and waters that were requested instead with no additional charge. Most bottles are priced at the 750mL size and we can always quote for a larger size if you ask. The hamburger patties in the grilling package are frozen and meant to cook directly from the package.
