House Mikulica (seaview)
House Mikulica is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Vis town - Lucica only few metres from the sea, five minutes from Kut where you have excellent restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries...Nearest small beach is 20 m from the house and next bigger beach is only 10 minutes away. You will definitely enjoy the beautiful sea views from the terrace and both floors, especially the sunsets and the mornings when seagulls might drop by on the terrace or neighbour roofs to wish you a nice day...On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area and one bedroom and a bathroom. Typical of Dalmatian houses, nice wooden stairs take to the second floor with two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a cosy little kitchen where you will enjoy your mornings overlooking Vis bay...Also, House Mikulica has two parking spots included, which is a rare find for Vis houses by the sea.
