This newly renovated 3 bedroom villa on Ciovo Island has a beautiful terrace and balconies with sea views and is just 15 metres from the nearest beach. The seaside location, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee and beach bars, make this villa ideal for those guests looking for a peaceful holiday. The village Slatine is approximately 20 minutes from Split airport, and within very easy reach of the UNESCO protected town of Trogir as well as the historic city of Split and the surrounding areas. There are plenty of things to do in the Split & Trogir Area .This untouched part of the coast line offers you miles and miles of walks around the island, small secluded beaches, fishing, snorkeling and diving. It’s a superb environment that will capture your imagination and your heart, as well as rejuvenate your soul!
The villa is set on a small side road leading to a beach just 15 metres away. There are 3 floors.
On the ground floor is Apartment 1 with one bedroom, one bathroom, comfortably furnished living area and well-equipped kitchen The living area entered terrace with outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
In the grounds of the villa guests have a terrace furnished with sun loungers and BBQ..
Car hire is recommended for exploring the local area. This villa is ideally positioned very close to main beach, with the nearest restaurant within walking distance. Nearby Trogir Old Town has a wide range to choose from. The medieval town of Trogir is 10 minutes drive away where you will find a scrumptious fruit market and countless shops and restaurants. Take an evening walk through tiny streets and squares and enjoy great sea food and Italian ice cream!
There is a boat transfer from the port (walking distance) to Split and Trogir. The Split international airport is 15 km distance. There is lots to do in area Speed boat to Hvar Island & Pakleni Islands, Boat trip to Vis Island's blue & green cave, discover the Plitvice lakes, visit the Beautiful Old Town Mostar or Dubrovnik Old Town.
The maximum number of people across the whole property is 8 so please check what is possible if booking the house and apartment separately.

Why they chose this property
I've build it from the scratch on a land of my ancestor land, put myself into every little detail and enjoyed it all the way :) Buliding the house and decorating it was my full time job for over 2 years but I've managed to create amazing romantic nest yet well equipped and just 35Km away from Split. Closeness of the sea, just 9Km from Unesco's jewel Trogir makes it perfect destination to heal your spirit and let you feel old world witout the need of letting go any of moder parts out of sight :)
