Εξωτερικά υπάρχουν 2000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα ιδιωτικού κήπου και κήπου, μπάρμπεκιου, τραπεζαρία με 6 καρέκλες κάτω από pergkola με σκιά στην πισίνα και εξωτερικό ντους δίπλα στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης μωσαϊκού. Δεν έχει σημασία η οπτική γωνία, η θέα είναι εκπληκτική. Στο εσωτερικό, υπάρχουν 2 κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια, μια σοφίτα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 μπάνια, ένα ενιαίο χώρο πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. Η διακόσμηση είναι καλλιτεχνική και υπάρχουν χειροποίητα έργα τέχνης. Τα στρώματα, τα σεντόνια, μαξιλάρια και οι πετσέτες είναι υποαλλεργικά και υψηλής ποιότητας. Andreas have a shop at Paxos since at 1993 and villa is located in a hill which belong in his family many hundreds years ago.
