IT IS A DUMP A DIRTY DUMP,IN TOTAL DISREPAIR NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS SHOW .VIRBO HAVE BEEN SENT MY PHOTOS TO TRY AND GET THIS PROPERTY REMOVED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC.
Great stay, well priced for overall stay and location with beach just a few minutes stroll. Lovely little cottage, clean and bed was very comfortable. Brought dogs and well fenced off yard to the rear, perfect for them. Some of the reviews said it was too dated, I don't think so, it was after all a quaint little cottage, there were 3 of us, but can take 4, will be booking again
We hade a great stay, a nice getaway for the weekend to spend time as a family. Great location and a lovely home away from home. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We would come again.
Can't say a bad thing about this place. Small, cosy, fully equipped, ideal for watersport and walking enthusiasts. Not the most modern fully pristine of places, but everything works and it's perfectly placed. One tip though, if you fancy eating out in Rhosneigr, be prepared to book in advance and take a full wallet.
Lovely stay as usual, think this is our 4th time here and we love it. Our dogs love the cottage (but love the beach more!!) and we feel the same. Looking forward to coming back next year!
Cozy cottage in the heart of Rhosneigr. As other people have mentioned the property is a bit dated but with that expectation in mind it couldn't have been better. Great price too.

Great location, bit tired, garden needs tidying up, toilet set split partner pinched her skin ,cut
Second time staying here, everything you need and 2 mins from beach, shops, bars, food. No frills but great if you have a dog. Will be back again soon! :)
Like previous reviewers we felt the place needs of a bit of TLC but don’t let that put you off. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and the location means you forgive its shortcomings as it couldn’t be better placed. Two minutes walk to the beach, bars and shops. We stayed for 4 days, the sun shone every day and we had a great time. We found Rhosneigr to be a very friendly place and will definitely return.
The property is dirty and unkempt. The photographs are extremely old and are not in any way a reglextion of the property. The host clearly doesnt care as the property is still in poor condition after all the bad reviews.
Thr only good thing is that its in Rhosneigr.
The owner told me they haven't got the money to do it up but poor decor and damaged, mismatched furniture could be over looked a little if it was clean, which only costs a bit of hard work.
Safe yourself money, time and stress and stear clear of this property.
The only problem was how to work the hob it turns out you need to hold the lock button for a few seconds beds a little soft

Very out dated and concerning
Photos of property did not match up with reality. Very dated, dilapidated property.
Hot water in the kitchen only works if you run the water in the bathroom.
Wallpaper peeling off in both bedrooms.
Front door& frame rotten.
A small cottage in a very quiet and great location. The inside was clean and cozy.
The kirb appeal was old and dated. This cottage could be a little gem if it was made more presentable on the outside. The rear garden needs some work . The rear garden wet room was great. For a small cost, this would be a super holiday let.

Cottage in a fabulous position and really quaint. Amenities great, cottage would benefit from TLC - that would just make it superb. The garden was totally overgrown with tall weeds, rendering it unusable, a real shame.
The building is small but comfortable with things I liked and didn't like. It's close to the beach and has off-street parking.
The thing I liked least was running hot water in the kitchen fully you need to run the tap in the bathroom for a few seconds. This causes really noisy pipes to shake and vibrate throughout the bungalow.
It is clean and is located on a quite cul de sac
Beautiful location, cottage needs maintenance, but that doesn’t really impact, the total neglect of the garden, tall weeds all over, brambles sticking out , dirty, garden furniture really does - such a shame. The kitchen, log burner, hot water is great, interior soft lounge furnishings and carpets need replacing. This could be a fantastic holiday cottage, just a little tlc for the cottage and the customers required.
