Great Location, Super Comfortable, Upgraded South Palm Desert Home!

This wonderful South Palm Desert house is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city! Located near world class shopping on El Paseo, fantastic restaurants and the Living Desert just minutes away!

The living room is comfortable with new Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The family room is off of the kitchen with a big screen TV, that over looks the backyard. The kitchen is beautiful and completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and large counter.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed with full bath, one bedroom has king bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's!

The beautiful back yard is lined with fruit trees, new sitting area, large pool and jacuzzi and large grass area. Relax in peace and quiet at this wonderful South Palm Desert home!

Incredibly equipped with all the staples. Very clean and roomy. Best of all is the outdoor area with a magnificent newly remodeled pool with luminescent tiles and a covered comfortable outdoor couch and chairs. Several fruit trees in blossom still bearing fruit, making it smell like paradise

Palm Desert Paradise

We had a great stay in Palm Desert. Loved the location as it is close to the Living Desert and the hub of Palm Desert activities. We had a number of inconvenient events with the house but Kathleen and Nick were very responsive. There is now a new refrigerator. Thank you for all the prompt response.

GREAT LOCATION!!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

We stayed at this home several times! We absolutely love it! It is decorated very cute, the furniture seems very new and clean. The backyard has a nice pool and a large grassy area along with fruit trees. The backyard backs up to a nature preserve which has a trail that leads to a very nice park. The location is GREAT! You are about a 2 minute drive to El Paseo and the Westfield Mall. I would definitely will be coming back!
