Villa Ercan located in the Maras area of Dalyan and is a 5-minute stroll from the town centre. This is a quiet location and the villa sits on a corner plot with private gardens and swimming pool.

The villa was fully refurbished in December 2018

All rooms are air conditioned, windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all you needs with appliances: gas hob/electric oven, washing machine located in the under-stairs storage room, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave and smaller appliances: kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee maker, sufficient cutlery and crockery for the capacity of the villa.

Lounge /dining

There is an open plan lounge with kitchen downstairs. The living area includes comfortable sofas and armchairs - very fresh and cosy. Flat screen TV / satellite TV showing Turkish channels and English news channels (albeit English maybe limited).

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with access to villa terrace and pool. Fitted wardrobes and draws with bedside cabinets. Also this room has en-suite with shower, toilet and hand washbasin. Doors lead on to the veranda.

UPSTAIRS

Bedroom 2 - Twin single beds with fitted wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. En-suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin. This room has Juliet balcony overlooking the pool & garden and a rear balcony to sit and relax with a drink.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed with fitted wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. There is a small half moon balcony overlooking the pool and a rear balcony to sit and relax whilst having a drink. With en-suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

Bedroom 4 - Double bed with fitted wardrobes, draws and bedside cabinets. Juliet balcony. With en suite comprising of shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

Bedroom 5 - Attic bedroom with twin single beds and en-suite.

POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE

Villa Ercan has its own private swimming pool with step ladder access. Located in garden is a modern covered seating area for relaxing and dining. Around the pool there are sufficient sunbeds and brollies. Also located in the garden you'll find a stone built BBQ.

Great place

Villa Ercan

Excellent property. Well located for shopping, dining and viewing all of Dalyan. No transport necessary to get around Dalyan. The property is well managed and equipped. Our fourth visit to this villa and would definitely recommend.

This villa was perfect for us as a family, its was very homely with all we needed. Just a short walk in to the town, only thing I would say if you are booking consider is no fence / protection round the pool for younger children. We all would be happy to return to this property.

Great holiday

We had a great time in Dalyan at Villa Ercan. Villa is big enough for 8 adults and well stocked with everything you need. Location is excellent. Villa manager was around if we had any questions.

Great location

This is a lovely villa, if a bit tired in places. Down sides: the showers are little more than a trickle and there is a fair amount of road noise, but you soon get used to it. The up sides: it’s barely more than three minutes walk to the supermarket and town, the pool and gardens are lovely and the rooms are a perfect size.
