Nice, but needs improvement

Nice, comfortable and well decorated apartment 43 steps up from a noisy main street. The cons we experienced: no instructions for using the washing machine; one of the cooktop gas burners did not function properly; had to search the apartment for kitchen plates - finally found them in a cabinet drawer in the living room; one of the bedroom pillows smelled so badly it could not be used.
