Chic Designed Themed Apartment In The Edinburgh City Centre
This is a Mews property is position is very central down a quiet lane .Its location boost lots of bars restaurants shops Stockbridge area and Broughton area. We are walking distance to most attractions in the centre .All rooms have TVs the bedrooms and all the apartment has free WiFi. We can sleep up to 8 people we have three themed rooms new york room ensuite can sleep up to 4 ,French room sleeps two a twin/grande double , the Swiss cottage can sleep up to 2 in a twin/grande double . The Swiss and Russian share a family bathroom, the french lounge has a shower room at the end. 2 showrooms complete and one full bathroom. This is over 2 floors, New York room on Ground Floor, Everything else is up stairs.
Location is close to Waverley station, 5 minutes to princess street and 5 minutes to the Playhouse fantastic location in a prestigious area. Lots of trendy bars nearby and the Omni centre the comedy club a great attraction 3 minutes walk, also a casino on our door step. the trams stop close to us at York place a couple of minutes walk away

Ideal location for Festival and Fringe
A practical property and quiet. Excellent bedroom accommodation for our group of 6 adults and 2 children, though it was felt that the downstairs double bed needs a new mattress. All the pillows were tired and lumpy.
The small kitchen was fine apart from the fridge which was completely inadequate for an 8-person house; the freezer compartment had lost its door and was all frosted up and at least one of the shelves in the fridge door was missing.
The filter of the tumble drier had not been cleaned for ages and was full of unpleasant felted material; the same applied to the vacuum cleaner which was so full of fluff that it would not suck at all.
We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the property and its location, but it would be even better with a bit more attention to detail and cleanliness.

Why they chose this property
I love the location and it is ideal for my tourists and also business clients, it is big enough to hold families and guests attending birthdays wedding and events in Edinburgh.
What makes this property unique
It is close to the trams and the city centre and Havey nicks a great luxury store i love it . St Andrews square a couple of minutes away and the comedy club on the doorstep for casino lovers it is just across the road.
