This apartment is situated in one of the most exquisite marinas in the Canary Islands. It is situated on the first floor and has 2 large bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the marina. The apartment sleeps 4 persons very comfortably, including air conditioning in the living and bedrooms areas. It has a large open plan Lounge/dinner, which opens onto a very large south facing private balcony for those client who love to relax and watch the sun rise and set. The Marina has a very large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and access to many of the attraction who operate in the marina such as Submarine Safaris and Catlanza. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard, including TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing facilities etc. Perfect for short and long stays where you can enjoy the comforts only Puerto Calero can offer you.

We’ve been renting this apartment for a week every February for the last three or four years to get away from the Uk weather. It’s perfectly situated for us with all the Puerto Calero restaurants very close by. The balcony faces South so is ideal for sitting in the winter sun. The apartment is smart, clean, and well kept.

Hi, We are sorry to hear about the cockroachs, but it does happen occasional here in Lanzarote. Thankful not to often. It would have been a help if you had let us know asap during your stay and we could have brough in a company to deal with it. You did tell us on departure, so we had a compnay come into the apartment and they carry out a full service to eradicate the little beasties. Agian aplogise for this. Regards Paul

Excellent stay!

Lovely apartment, excellent location. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from but also good walking distance to Puerto del Carmen and Playa Quemada. We had a lovely stay.

Great stay!

Great, well equipped appartment in a quiet marina! Parking available very close, supermarket 30m away. We enjoyed eating breakfast overlooking the marina. Great stay if you’re looking to be away from the mass of tourists! We stringly recommand it!

Great location

The location is great being right in the middle of the port with a variety of restaurants nearby. A couple of minor points re the property - there was no coffee machine although one was included in the description and there was no BBQ.

Hi Chris Thank you for your review. The minor points mentioned was no BBQ. We do not allow BBQ in the apartment as we only have a balcony and not a garden. So no BBQ is supplied to prevent any possible fire risk. In the online describtion Vrbo only have a coffee maker to tick, as we supply a Coffee Cafeteria this box is ticked.. It was noted on arrival the Cafeteria was not there due to breakage from a previuos client. One was purchased to replace the broken unit. Superb apartment, great location.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time staying in this lovely apartment. Clean and comfortable with great views and an excellent choice of restaurants close by. We really appreciated the food & drink waiting for us on our arrival, a really thoughtful touch. We don't usually holiday in the same place twice but our experience here could change our minds!

Great location

A very nice, modern spacious apartment with a large balcony which gets the sun all day. Perfectly located for the restaurants, bars and shops in Puerto Calero marina. No complaints at all. We intend to go back next winter.

Fantastic Stay

Apartment was great and so close to everything. Paul, the owner was so quick to respond via VBRO to any questions we had. Lovely big balcony and comfortable bed. Supermarket was practically next door and had all we needed. We hope to return to Puerto Calero and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very enjoyable

Excellent location. Nice to watch the world go by but very quiet during our stay. The apartment was lovely - rather bigger than the pictures indicate. It contained all we required. There's a small supermarket just a few doors away. Coastal walks both ways were good. Paul and his team were most helpful.

fantastic apartment

This was a spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location. Puerto Calero is a lovely marina with a good range of restaurants and bars. We had some problems with the Internet and TV but the owners quickly provided help. The views from the balcony were amazing. The only thing that could be improved is the smallish double bed.

A lovely bright, modern and spacious apartment with a great balcony that gets sun all day. Has a sun canopy if you prefer shade. Located in a great position overlooking the marina amongst all the restaurants. Great to people watch. Also had air conditioning for the really hot months and a good TV with lots of choice. Paul was very helpful and on call if you needed him. We had a great stay and hope to return

Spacious apartment & fab location

We had a lovely 2 week stay here, the apartment is spacious and well kitted out (UK tv channels was a bonus!). The large balcony has table & chairs for 4 plus 3 sunbeds for soaking up the sun. It is located right on the harbour so perfect for just watching the world go by and is also very close to all of the restaurants along the front. Paul was an excellent host who responded very quickly to any queries before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back again soon.

Very Good Apartment overall..some small issues..no coffee machine, large balcony needs complete overhall, needs new sunbeds with cushions and some decent and well tended plants in planters. Double be.d in main bedroom needs replacement

Dear Eimear, Sorry to see you only gave us a 3 star, but I would like to answers some of your comments. We do not have a coffee machine, but we do supply a Coffee Cafeteria. The balcony requires a coat of paint, which is not a total overall. The sunbeds are material not plastic, but we have puchased cushions to go on top. The sun is directly on the balcony from Sunrise to sunset and plants other than cactus`s do not last long. Your comment with regards to the bed was the first we knew anything about the bed. Anyway we have taken your advise and purchased a brand new matteress. All being well your comments will benefit our future clients, so thsnk you for this and hope to see you again in the near future. Great Location

Lovely apartment on front line in Puerto Calero. Very large apartment with lovely views over the marina. There is a supermarket next door and many restaurants near by which are very good. Easy parking nearby. The apartment was very clean but the balcony hasn’t been cleaned so we had to sweep and mop it ourselves also the sunloungers have seen better days. The curtains in the double bedroom would be better with a blackout lining because they are so thin so the light comes in early. We enjoyed our stay just a couple of things that need improving.

Puerto Calero Marina Condo

This unit is clean and well maintained. We booked on short notice, only 3 days prior our arrival date. I’m unsure if due to our short notice booking, a housekeeping oversight or cost savings measure, but there were no paper products in the unit. No toilet paper, tissues or paper towels. Fortunately the store was open, but this could be an issue if you’re arriving late. Oversll a pleasant place! We would recommend!

A week in the heat

The weather was unusually hot. 33/34 most days. As a result we spent a lot of time in the apartment because of the air conditioning. The location in Puerto Calero is superb as all the restaurants are within 5 minutes walk so no worries about drinking and driving!! We particularly liked Azure. Everything in the apartment is as good as it looks in the photos and the communication with Paul was very good from start to finish. We intend to come back at a time when the weather should be a lot cooler in Feb/ March. Peter and Glenda

Location, location, location

The apartment is spacious, bright, airy with a large south facing terrace perfect for sun worshipers and all amenities - restaurants, supermarkets, shops on your doorstep. If there are 4 people staying in this apartment it is worth noting that there are only 3 sunloungers which are basic with no cushions. Also there is one sofa and a small leather chair in the lounge area. An additional sofa would make this a much more comfortable and inviting space. The tv has all the UK channels and more. However, we used a Fire TV Stick to access Netflix, etc. The bed in the double bedroom was not the most comfortable. It had a larger size topper over a smaller mattress which in my opinion didn’t work! Communication with Paul the owner was good and he was quick to respond & resolve a couple of small issues we had. He also left a generous welcome pack for our arrival which was much appreciated. This is a lovely apartment but it could be an amazing apartment!
