Hello and thank you for visiting our listing! We want you and your family to have a wonderful vacation and we believe that our condo will provide you with a restful and inviting space to stay while you relax, swim, eat and adventure!

This beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condominium, located on the 7th floor of the AAA Four Diamond Villamagna development is what every traveler, family or couple envisions as a perfect place to relax while on vacation.
The beautiful Villamagna development is located on the stunning Banderas Bay on the longest stretch of beach in Nuevo Vallarta. With spectacular views of the ocean and the impressive Sierra Madre Mountains, the property is surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of one of Mexico’s most beautiful beaches on the Pacific west coast.
The Villamagna development is comprised of 4 towers. Towers one through three are condominiums and tower 4 is the Villamagna Dreams Resort and Spa. As condo guests, you have access to some resort services which include:
• Access to all of the seven restaurants on site (not the coffee shop).

The hotel also provides all-inclusive food and beverage options which will allow you to have a true resort experience with all drinks and food at your fingertips. Resort services can be purchased upon arrival directly from the hotel.

The condo features:
• Master suite with a king size bed and an attached bathroom, walk in closet and Jacuzzi tub with access to the private balcony with incredible ocean and mountain views.
• Second bedroom with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king) a dresser, wall closet and a second bathroom just to the left of the bedroom.
• Third bedroom which is complete with a bunk bed and that can house two people with an attached private bathroom.
• Fully functional and equipped kitchen.
• Dining space with a large table that can seat 6 adults with an attached living area that has a large couch and flat screen TV.
• Private balcony with a gas grill and large patio that can seat 6 adults comfortably.

NOTE:
Toilet Paper/Paper Towels: We will provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom used during the stay and 1 roll of paper towels.
Garbage Bags: We will provide 2 garbage bags for your stay.
Laundry detergent: The laundry detergent should only be used to wash our linens when you leave and there will be enough for you to do 2 loads of laundry. If you would like to do your personal laundry please purchase your own detergent or bring some pods with you.

Water: We provide 1 (5) gallon bottle of drinking water. You are responsible for arranging and purchasing your own water after that.

Sugar Ants: Please be aware in the warmer months(March-November), although we have pest control come out monthly, these baby ants come out. They are attracted to food and crumbs. Please do not leave fresh food out (including fruits and vegetables) or crumbs as these small little ants will come out. This is not a problem exclusively to my condo but to all of Nuevo Vallarta as it is the jungle. Generally, if you keep the condo crumb free, they will not arrive.

We were very happy with the condo and the pools, as well as the proximity to the beach. Having the pools of a resort and having our own kitchen to cook meals felt like the best of both worlds. The condo was quite well equipped, with AC to keep us cool.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. View of property and beach was amazing. Furnishings were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of balcony seating. Very clean. Manager was helpful. Shower water the first day smelled awful. Manager told us to run all 3 showers for 5 minutes and that cleared up the problem. Washing machine made a terrible noise. Beds were uncomfortable. Property was well kept. Overall our stay was great!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view was amazing and the condo was very well stocked for cooking and going to the pool/beach. We love Sara’s condo. The three showers made traveling with our family easy. The pools are beautiful, the beach is great - you can wade out for a long distance. The view is amazing. The air conditioning saved us as we were there in July. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. We recommend Pata de Elefante. We will be back!

Family Celebration

My siblings and spouses (10 of us) went to Mexico to celebrate my sister's 65th birthday and the anniversary of our Mom's passing. It was a beautiful get together with everyone and we immensely enjoyed our stay. We had to rent 2 different condo's at Villa Magna to accommodate all of us. The condo was perfect, well stocked and perfect location to walk to restaurants. Would highly recommend and will stay again when back in PV area. Thanks Sara

Nice 3 bedroom family property

Nice property with 3 huge pools. Definitely could use more umbrellas around the pool The property was not too busy so we managed. Lots of pool and beach toys for the kids. We elected to take a meal package from the Wyndham. Cost 110 US per day per person. Very convenient as not too much close by for restaurants. 2 large stores an easy cab ride away. Enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Communication with staff and manager was smooth and efficient.

As advertised. Clean and well equipped in great location. Fantastic building with clean pools and beach. Pool & beach have lots of loungers. Service was great at the bars and restaurants on site. Prices for food and drink were reasonable as well. Hot water ran hot. A/C blew cold. Kitchen was great with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was awesome. Thanks Sara. The property manager Paula... not so much. In the end, it was a great trip highlighted by jumping dolphins, boogie boarding, lovely sunsets, massages on the beach (35usd/hr). Dinners in the area were between 1200-1500 Pesos per couple. Ate at Al Dente and Tezzaro at the resort and Ciao, Riviera Grill and Pescatore restaurant at Paradise Village. All great places to eat for a nice dining experience. Would go back, for sure

Nice apartment but things you should know …

You have to wash your towels and linen so you are not charged 20 dollars per load (rent only includes 2 loads). The manager entered the apartment to leave a coffee maker while we were not there without our permission even though she had the precedent from 2 days before when she wanted to do the same to come in with the plumber to fix sink we said NO,. Sink of one bathroom was leaking when we arrived. Sheets in master bedroom were dirty and smelled bad when we arrived, had to wash them, but when I told Sara the owner she said that couldn’t be posible because cleaning lady told her she washed them. Also Sara gives all the power to manager whom I found very Unrespectful. There is an extra charge for electricity that will be added to the amount showing in the listing, expensive. (This is on the small letters at the end of the listing)

We are born and raised and currently live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We love to travel, eat, hike, camp, exercise and relax. The first time we came to Nuevo Vallarta we fell in love with the gorgeous beach, delicious food, lovely culture and the fact that you can absolutely rest in this wonderful paradise. We love drinking coffee on the patio in the morning and reading our kindles. A little nerdy, but totally fun.

Why they chose this property

The Villamagna condo is amazing!. After researching and looking at many condos in Nuevo Vallarta, we finally chose this one. Our unit is on the 7th floor with an absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. The appliances are high quality and placed professionally. We love how we can cook in and experiment with new ingredients or purchase the all inclusive options that the resort offers and do absolutely nothing and not worry about cooking or going to town to buy ingredients. This condo offers us the best of both worlds and depending on our mood, we get to decide how we want to vacation. That is awesome! None of the other condos gave us that option, and we thought it was a great option for our family! Also, our condo is high enough up that we are removed and cannot hear the party scene of the hotel. However, if we choose, we can go down and get a drink or enjoy a show if we want to. We love the versatility of this condo and this property.
