This beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condominium, located on the 7th floor of the AAA Four Diamond Villamagna development is what every traveler, family or couple envisions as a perfect place to relax while on vacation.
The beautiful Villamagna development is located on the stunning Banderas Bay on the longest stretch of beach in Nuevo Vallarta. With spectacular views of the ocean and the impressive Sierra Madre Mountains, the property is surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of one of Mexico’s most beautiful beaches on the Pacific west coast.
The Villamagna development is comprised of 4 towers. Towers one through three are condominiums and tower 4 is the Villamagna Dreams Resort and Spa. As condo guests, you have access to some resort services which include:
• Access to all of the seven restaurants on site (not the coffee shop).

The hotel also provides all-inclusive food and beverage options which will allow you to have a true resort experience with all drinks and food at your fingertips. Resort services can be purchased upon arrival directly from the hotel.

The condo features:
• Master suite with a king size bed and an attached bathroom, walk in closet and Jacuzzi tub with access to the private balcony with incredible ocean and mountain views.
• Second bedroom with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king) a dresser, wall closet and a second bathroom just to the left of the bedroom.
• Third bedroom which is complete with a bunk bed and that can house two people with an attached private bathroom.
• Fully functional and equipped kitchen.
• Dining space with a large table that can seat 6 adults with an attached living area that has a large couch and flat screen TV.
• Private balcony with a gas grill and large patio that can seat 6 adults comfortably.

NOTE:
Toilet Paper/Paper Towels: We will provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom used during the stay and 1 roll of paper towels.
Garbage Bags: We will provide 2 garbage bags for your stay.
Laundry detergent: The laundry detergent should only be used to wash our linens when you leave and there will be enough for you to do 2 loads of laundry. If you would like to do your personal laundry please purchase your own detergent or bring some pods with you.

Water: We provide 1 (5) gallon bottle of drinking water. You are responsible for arranging and purchasing your own water after that.

Sugar Ants: Please be aware in the warmer months(March-November), although we have pest control come out monthly, these baby ants come out. They are attracted to food and crumbs. Please do not leave fresh food out (including fruits and vegetables) or crumbs as these small little ants will come out. This is not a problem exclusively to my condo but to all of Nuevo Vallarta as it is the jungle. Generally, if you keep the condo crumb free, they will not arrive.
