With a capacity for 6 people, this renovated accommodation equipped with air conditioning is located just 200 meters from the beach and has access to a communal pool.



The house is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, television, and access to a private terrace-garden completely fenced with artificial grass. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need, such as a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.



On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, in addition to a third en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The house's garage is available for storage.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of 15 kW per day is included. In case of discounted off-season monthly rental, electricity is NOT included and is paid separately!!!

La zona és muy tranquila pero.le faltan servicios. Necesitas coger el vehiculo para todo. La casa es grande pero las camas són incomodas y la limpieza era escasa. Precio,calidad,servicios bastantes caro. La limpieza,los colchones y el problema con los mosquitos. Cúando mejor temperatura habia para estar en el jardin teniamos que entrar en el comedor y cerrar las correderas que no disponen de mosquiteras porque te acribillaban los mosquitos.

lastima que no ha gustado la zona tranquila y familiar que es Mas Pinell. el propietario tiene intencion de cambiar los colchones durante el invierno. El colchon de la cama de la habitacion de matrimonio ya es nuevo.

Super Holidays 2023

Uitstekend verblijf. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie. Goed onderhouden tuin, prima klimaatbeheersing, heerlijk zwembad om de hoek, uitstekende wifi en Google ChromeCast dus ook eigen Netflix te gebruiken. In de keuken: middenmaat pan en grote opscheplepels. Ophanghaakjes voor bv handdoek en theedoek. Beschikbaarheid van stofzuiger (handig om over te ontdoen van kruimels).

Una casa perfecta para 4-6 personas. Muy bien equipada y confortable en medio de un oasis de tranquilidad. Lugar ideal para pasar unos dias de relax y sin multitudes La cocina es correcta y quizas le tocaria una renovacion

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet

Tolle Küche. Begehbare Dusche. Das Haus steht nicht voll mit altem Krempel - weniger ist oft mehr. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und modern.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Bis zum mehr nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, das Haus modern und schön, man hat alles was man braucht, Betten waren bezogen und Reinigung inklusive, so dass man ankam und direkt den urlaub genießen konnte. Der Pool sofort nebenan, mit Kindern optimal. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, schon zum 3. Mal.

La ubicación de la casa. Las instalaciones de la casa estaban muy viejas. Tuberias, jardín descuidado... El precio es excesivo.

Gracias por vuestra valoración. El lavaplatos ya esta cambiado y a las tuberías han hecho una revisión. También hemos hablado con el propietario y ya ha arreglado el jardín. Con vuestra información podemos mejorar vuestra estancia.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en MAS PINELL

La ubicación con respecto a la playa la tranquilidad de la urbanización (finales de junio) y sobre todo la piscina, muy bien cuidada. La limpieza del jardín: nos encontramos huesos (restos de alguna barbacoa) y algunos plásticos. El jardín, en general, no es muy aprovechable al haber plantas que ocupan mucho espacio.

Wie die Service Kpäfte arbeiten.Net Freundlich.Soffort entgegen gekommen und schnel die Sachen ausgetausch, was nicht in Ordnung war.Wir sind mit dem Urlaub sehr zufriden geblieben.Endlosen Strand hat uns auch begeistert.Vielen Dank Die Stuhle am Esstisch im Wohnzimmer müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.Nach 10 minuten sitzen bekommt mann die Krämfe.Der Pool soll öffter gereinigt werden.Nach dem Regen konnten wir 4 Tage lang kein Pool benutzen, da schwammen tode Frösche in grosse menge.Es kann möglich sein das der Pool in zwieschen gereinigt war ( das ist die Natur Gebit).Aber wenn mann das kennt, dann soll ofter drann gehen und reinigen.Aber sonst sind wir mit dem Urlaub sehr zufrieden gewesen und werden auf jeden Fall dieses Ort weiter empfellen.
