Located in a residential complex about 150 meters from El Playazo, these pet-friendly apartments are ideal for holiday rentals. They have air conditioning/heating, parking, and a terrace with views of the communal swimming pool. If you prefer the low season, there are special offers for long stays.

Tranquilidad y cercanía

Apartamento completo, todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días de vacaciones agradables. Puedes ir caminando a la playa, por lo que te puedes olvidar del coche. Urbanización tranquila y piscina excelente. Cambiaría la alcachofa de la ducha, ya que es posible que mejore el caudal de agua de la misma.

Wie schon in der Bewertung zum Ausdruck gebracht, bietet der Aufenthalt in Alborada einen Badeurlaub zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist freundlich und sauber. Leider kommt es durch die nebenan liegende Baustelle temporär zu Störungen durch Lärm und Staubverschmutzungen. Nun ja, das wird aber auch vorbeigehen und vielleicht sind die Bauarbeiten Ende nächsten Jahres beendet. Es wäre schön, wenn die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades ausgedehnt würden, so dass der Pool auch noch im Oktober und Mai genutzt werden könnte,

Wie immer, alles zufriedenstellend.

Es war wie immer, alles war in Ordnung, von der Ankunft in der Rezeption, über die Unterkunft, bis hin zur Abreise gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Leider gibt es gegenüber der Unterkunft eine Baustelle, die durch Lärm und hohe Staubentwicklung seit 3 Aufenthalten sehr störend ist. Täglich musste zumindest auf dem Balkon der Staub entfernt werden. Leider haben Sie darauf aber keinen Einfluss.

Magníficos apartamentos en Vera-playa

El apartamento está muy bien distribuido y con una terraza magnífica para desayunar y comer/cenar. La urbanización cuenta con una piscina con un largo de tamaño olímpico y pista de padel. Muy acogedora y con un clima muy familiar. Se puede ir a la playa andando. Aumentar el menaje del hogar: cubiertos, vasos y platos.

Het balkon De TV is niet meer zo goed maar hij is al oud . En we hebben al jaren een klacht over app 216 daar is een hond die blaft en jankt maar er word nooit wat aan gedaan HOE KAN DAT? ( het is dieren mishanling)

Hochwertiges Appartement.

Die gesamte Alborada Anlage befand sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Damit meine ich aber n u r die Anlage! Das Appartement befand sich bei Ankunft in einem tadellosen Zustand. Eine Gesamtabnahme fand bei Eintritt allerdings nicht statt. So schön wie die Anlage war, so häßlich war das gesamte Umfeld umgeben von Baustellen, Bauschutt, umgekippten Baustellenzäunen und sehr viel Schmutz, ganz besonders im Zufahrtsbereich zur Unterkunft!! Da wir jahresmäßig sehr früh dort waren, hatte kein Geschäft dort geöffnet und keine Bäckerei oder Cafe. Die Strände dort sind sehr lang, sehr breit und zum Teil sehr ungepflegt ohne jeglichen Baumbewuchs, nicht einmal Palmen. Wir mussten zig Km die Küstenstraße fahren um etwas derartiges zu finden. Aber das ist wohl auch Geschmacksache! Die gesamte Anlage Alborada wurde vor Jahren mitten in die Wildnis gebaut sowie alle anderen nahen Anlagen auch. Aber die nötige Infrastruktur ist bis auf ein paar Bars und Lokalitäten nicht mitgewachsen. Sehr zum Leidwesen der Gäste. Um etwas einzukaufen muss man immer das Auto benutzen. Bedingt durch die Jahreszeit hatte kein Ciringuito am Strand geöffnet. Um sich von Alborada aus etwas anzuschauen und um ein paar nette,spanische Eindrücke des Hinterlandes zu gewinnen mussten wir zig km durch Gemüseanbaugebiete fahren. Schön war der Ort Mojacar und zum Teil Garrucha. Im großen und ganzen liegt Alborada einfach zu weit draußen im Niemandsland. Aber dafür können Sie als Vermieter nicht!! Wir waren nun zum 3.mal in Spanien, 1 x in Torrox, 1x in Nerja und einmal in Vera Playa. Wir werden Spanien nicht wieder besuchen!! Unser schönster Aufenthalt war in Nerja!!

La casa en general está bien. Y las instalaciones están muy bien La televisión es antiquísima y funciona fatal. La verdad que para el precio que pagamos, hubiera agradecido que funcionara en condiciones. El aparato de aire acondicionado que está en la terraza hace que no se pueda disfrutar de ella. Buenas tardes, muchas gracias por su opinión, ya que nos ayudará a mejorar. La televisión cierto es que era antigua y por esto hoy mismo hemos comprado una nueva para este apartamento. La ubicación de la unidad exterior del a/a es la que obliga la comunidad de vecinos por razones estéticas, pero un profesional irá para darnos una alternativa que respete las normas estéticas de la comunidad y que satisfaga las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes. Buenas vacaciones en familia

Urbanización familiar con una piscina estupenda llena de niños donde los nuestros han disfrutado de lo lindo. Cerca de la playa pero en zona más tranquila. El apartamento está bien equipado. Agradecemos enormemente que nuestro perrito se pueda alojar con nosotros. Limpieza correcta aunque algún repasillo a la cocina (sobre todo al frigorífico) le hemos tenido que dar. Otro detalle que supongo va en el gusto de cada uno es que no tenga mampara en el baño, la cortina acaba siendo poco higiénica. Y, por favor, renovar las toallas, hemos tenido unas que raspaban bastante. Pero, en general, el apartamento está estupendo y se puede descansar fantásticamente.

No se nos comunicó que la limpieza de la cocina no fue la correcta, pues de haberlo sabido habríamos actuado de inmediato. Tomaremos nota de su sugerencia sobre la mampara del baño, y próximamente renovaremos tanto las toallas de mano como las de baño. Estancia sin sorpresas.

Servicio, ubicacion, alojamiento. Reponer las piezas de tazas, vasos, hasta, al menos media docena. Ampliar con lavaverdura, ensaladera y dejar bolsas de basura, papel higiénico.
