Penthouse on the second floor in an urbanization located 150m far from El Playazo Beach. With air conditioning/heating, free WiFi (optical fiber), Smart TV with Spanish channels, and a terrace-solarium of 80m2 with sea views.

Maximum capacity 5 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with double bed + single bunk bed), 1 complete ensuite bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, a living-dining room with sea views, and a fully equipped kitchenette with access to a balcony. From the balcony there is access by stairs to the terrace-solarium. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pools open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 20 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome. Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.
