Newly renovated duplex with brand new equipment, located in the upper part of San Vicente de la Barquera, with unbeatable views and south orientation.
It is a quiet and familiar urbanization, with a swimming pool for children and adults, a solarium, and a tennis court. 7 minutes walk from the shopping center of San Vicente de la Barquera. Views of Los Picos de Europa, the town and the beach.
On the ground floor, the apartment consists of a kitchenette with access to the terrace and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen equipped with 2-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster and mixer. All kitchenware is new.
On the 1st floor are the bedrooms. One double with a 1.35 bed, the other with two 90 cm beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

Fantastisch.

Mooi gelegen appartement met twee verdiepingen. Prachtig uitzicht over het water en de bergen. Het appartement was schoon, had een fijne douche en goed ingericht. Ik zou het iedereen willen aanbevelen.

Family vacation in October

We stayed in this appartement for 5 nights and we had a great time! The highlight is the stunning view from the balcony where you can enjoy the sun all day long, from the beautiful sunrise until the sun sets. You can see both: the atlantic ocean and check the waves in the morning for surfing as well as the impressive picos de Europa. The beds are really comfortable and it was great to have two bathrooms. The kitchen is well-provided so cooking for the family was easy. Walking to the next supermarkets and to the center of San Vicente de la Barquera just takes a few minutes. We would definitely book this nice accommodation again!

Unas vistas inigualables

El apartamento es fabuloso y las vistas increibles. Totalmente recomendable si no te importa no estar en primera línea de playa. El centro del pueblo está a 5 min, aunque la vuelta es por una cuesta muy empinada.
