About this property

Beautifully restored 19th-century farmhouse

Stone-built family farmhouse, built at the end of the 19th century and in the ownership of the family until 2015.

Situated on the edge of a tranquil 'village fleuri de France', neighbouring the beautiful village church and set in 8 acres of its own land.

5 minute drive (or 20 minutes walk, for the more adventurous!) from the local market town with a range of dining, shopping and services, including banks and post office.

Private, gated off-road parking and lovely traditional walled garden in which you will be able to enjoy the Normandy sunshine.

The house offers a large kitchen/dining room and a cosy salon on the ground floor, two large double and one twin bedroom on the first floor with ample space for cots etc for young families. The bathroom includes a shower and character free-standing bath and modern toilet.

The interior has been fully renovated in French rustic style, but with all modern appliances.
