The large bedroom has a superb quality oak double bed with quality pocket sprung mattress. There are two large windows to the back overlooking gardens which gets sunlight in the evenings. There is a large smart TV with Netflix and a large sofa bed which can seat up to 4. Plus theres an armchair and coffee table. There's also bedside tables and two radiators. The windows have blackout blinds and there's two heating radiators, plus a fan for the hotter months. The lights are on dimmer switches. The smaller bedroom has a single bed and chests of drawers, plus TV and a wooden floor. Theres a large window overlooking the church and space for a chair or another single guest bed if needed. Please note, these rooms are made up differently depending on the use required by the guests, I aim to make it as comfortable as possible and set the place up appropriately. Of course, you can always re-arrange things when you arrive if you prefer.

I have lived in Cambridge for the last 10 years and I love it. My place is in a fantastic neighbourhood consisting of local residents mixed with Cambridge university students. Bicycles all over the place add to the character, this is inside the inner ring road so once you are here you have everything you need on your doorstep. Its an extremely safe and tranquil area, with no crime at all. The street is quiet and a church is opposite the property, but you only have to walk to the end of the street and you will find the buzzing atmosphere of Cambridge all around. I am so lucky to have purchased such a lovely place in such an amazing location, its so good that I want others to have the chance to experience it and this wonderful city.
Why Graham chose Cambridge City Centre
Many places, say they are central, but my place really is. Cambridge University is all around me. Jesus college and Christs college are less than 5 minutes walk, Sidney Sussex, Emmanuel are a little more, Trinity and Kings, about 10 minutes, even closer are Parker's Piece, Christs Pieces, Midsummer Common, The River and Jesus Green (all less than 5 minutes). Supermarkets such as Waitrose is less than 3 minutes walk and Tesco and Sainsbury's a little further, ideal for getting supplies, plus they deliver to the door. Opposite the property is the beautiful Christ Church.
What makes this house unique
