In one of the best areas of Mandriola, only a strip of land with acacia trees and Mediterranean shrub separates the apartment from the sea.

Tastefully furnished, Casa sul Mar is situated at the first floor, with private entrance, lounge and a equipped kitchenette, illuminated by a large glass door overlooking the terrace; a bathroom with shower, a bedroom whit doublebed and a bedroom with two single beds, both with direct access on the balcony in the back

At the ground floor, the patio with BBQ and the outside shower that you can use back from the beach.

The strenghts of this apartment are the solarium terrace sea view where you will have beautiful lunches and dinners and the relax that the apartment and the area trasmit!

Wunderschöne Zeit

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und schon eingerichtet, sie ist direkt am Meer. Bis zum sandstrand geht man 5 Minuten aber man direkt am Wasser sitzen und seinen Kaffee oder Tee genießen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort um diese Jahreszeit. Das haben wir sehr genossen.

wunderschöne Ferien Ende Oktober

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auch wenn die Saison beendet war und somit fast alles geschlossen hatte. Corrades war ein super Vermieter: sehr aufmerksam und immer ansprechbear, falls es Fragen gab.

We knew we were early in the season and the area was quiet but we found plenty to do and enjoy. The host was very helpful and welcoming, even though we found the place a bit hard to locate initially without calling him, the house and facilities were excellent: clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll liebevoll u durchdacht. Sie hat eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Leider hatten wir kein Glück mit dem Wetter u konnten somit nie die tolle Terasse nutzen.

Corrado ist sehr zuverlässig, hat auf Fragen prompt geantwortet, und wäre wenn erforderlich unkompliziert zur Stelle gewesen. Spricht super Englisch! Unterkunft liegt mit direktem Zugang ans Meer genial, Sandstrand bequem in nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, und es muss nicht die Costa Rei sein! Alles echt super!. 😎👌😄👍

Nous avons passé un mois tranquille dans cette maison,située en front de mer dans un endroit particulièrement paisible.Elle offre tout le confort souhaitable :batterie de cuisine,appareils électro ménagers de qualité,excellente literie,espace,ensoleillement .Tout est exactement conforme à l'annonce et même mieux!!Un vrai bonheur! Mais le top,c'est la terrasse face à la mer ,avec vue imprenable,où apéritif et repas du soir deviennent un enchantement.Qui plus est, géographiquement parlant,Mandriola est idéalement situé ,et proche des grands axes,pour visiter la Sardaigne profonde ou littorale . Quant aux propriétaires,Corrado et sa Maman Lina ,ce sont deux êtres exceptionnels,délicats,serviables ,pleins de petites attentions,se souciant toujours de votre bien être, et capables de passer avec vous plusieurs heures aux urgences de l'hôpital ,comme ça a été pour nous le cas. Allora,Lina e Corrado ,grazie a voi,per tutta la vostra gentilezza,.Guardiamo e guardiaremo sempre un buon issimo ricordo,di voi,di Mandriola e della Sardegna .Siete delle personne adorabili. Wunderschöne, top ausgestattete/gelegene Fewo!!

Wunderschön eingerichtete und gelegene Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse in direkter Lage zum Meer. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Super war auch die Möglichkeit des Fahrradverleihs. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen und können das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen.

Splendida sistemazione

Siamo arrivati a metà giugno per la prima volta nel Sinis e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la selvaggia bellezza delle sue spiagge e i numerosi siti di interesse culturali delle vicinanze. L'appartamento è esattamente così come viene descritto: confortevole, curato nei particolari, lindo, in una posizione incantevole e pieno di comodità, incluse due biciclette che sono state particolarmente utili per spostarsi nelle vicinanze e fare alcune gradevoli esperienze. Corrado e la sua famiglia sono persone di squisita gentilezza, precisi, sempre pronti a suggerire, consigliare e aiutare in caso di necessità. Ho trovato questa casa splendida solo per caso e devo dire che sono stata molto fortunata. Nella casa siamo state 4 donne e posso assicurare a ognuno che offre il massimo comfort,quando si tratta del arredamento,era pulita,molto luminosa,i letti sono veramente molto comodissimi ,la casa é arredata nello stile molto piacevole,curata nei dettagli..il posto dov´é la casa situata é assolutamente perfetto come per una vacanza rillasante come per scoprire l´isola.La vista dalla terraza vi prende il fiato.Il proprietario é molto gentile e sempre disponibile a ogni domanda o aiuto.Perfette sono le bici che sono a disposizione,sono isale per andare a fare la spessa la mattina o solo fare un giro e godere la atmosfera,le spiagge con la sabbia bianca e acqua cristallina.Sardegna ha molto da offrire anche dopo 20.visite e in questa casa rimarrá indimenticabile

Una terrazza sul mare

A volte sembra impossibile ritrovare tutte le caratteristiche che hai sempre voluto per i tuoi meritati giorni di pace! Poi entri nell’appartamento sito al primo piano di una villetta in pineta, l’ambiente è caldo e pulito, arredato di ogni comfort, corredato dei beni di prima necessità per accoglierti al meglio; ma ciò che più ti lascia sognare è la terrazza che affaccia sul mare e per qualche giorno diventi un tutt’uno con i colori ed i profumi del Sinis. Vacanza selvaggia

Sardegna, isola dall'incredibile fascino che nella penisola del Sinis si esprime selvaggiamente con stupende spiagge semi-deserte, mare cristallino e siti archeologici. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e curatissimo con tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza perfetta. In paese si trovano tutti i negozi di alimentari. Proprietari molto gentili ed ospitali.

rustig gelegen appartement in prachtige omgeving

Slechts gescheiden door een 20-meter brede wilde tuin ligt dit appartement heerlijk dicht bij zee. Via deze groenstrook konden onze kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar oud in alle vrijheid naar zee om tussen de rotsen naar heremietkreeftjes te zoeken. Verschillende mooie zandstranden liggen binnen wandel- en fietsafstand. Mandriola is een klein 'dorp' van hoofdzakelijk tweede verblijven van Sarden. In de paasvakantie is het er dan ook heerlijk rustig. Het appartement zelf was piekfijn in orde en is voorzien van alle noodzakelijkheden. Het zonnige ruime terras met zicht op tuin, zee (en kinderen) was heerlijk. 4 fietsen (waaronder 2 kinderfietsen) staan klaar om de onmiddellijke omgeving te verkennen. Van hieruit hebben wij ook via dag-uitstappen de volledige west-kust verkend . Corrado, de eigenaar, is uiterst correct, heel attent en steeds bereikbaar. Zoekt u een rustig vakantieverblijf, omringd door mooie natuur, twijfel dan niet. Je hebt het gevonden. POSTO DEL CUORE

Se cercate un luogo che abbia il sapore dello sconosciuto ed anche selavggio, sicuramente lo avete trovato in queste spiaggie del Sinis: noi e la nosra bambina quest'anno siamo tornati nella casa di Corrado per il terzo anno consecutivo ed a vacanze finite ne abbiamo già nostalgia. La casa offre un' ampia terrazza che ospita pigre e lente colazioni o aperitivi al tramonto con vista sui colori intensi della baia, le camere comode ed a misura di bambino, un accogliente soggiorno arredato con gusto dalla sig,ra Lina. Appassionati di snorkeling, lo spazio attrezzato del cortile ci consente di uscire già con mute e maschere: il mare di fronte alla casa riserva scoperte come grandi stelle marine o murene, E nelle giornate di maestrale non sono manca l'emozione delle evoluzioni dei surfisti nella baia vicino a casa, con onde alte sino a quattro metri. E' davvero il nostro 'luogo del cuore'

Fantastic views of sunrise and sunset!

This is a very sweet little apartment, spotlessly clean and well presented. The terrace which is surrounded by trees - hence beautiful birdsong all day - is only 20 meters or so from the waters edge. Every morning and evening we enjoyed glorious views of the sunrise and sunset. It was so quiet when we visited, just before Easter, it seemed we were the only people in the area which was a very relaxing experience. Corrado, the host, was so helpful and charming - we were later arriving from Algehero airport than expected and he texted to mention the shop would be closed and did we need anything as he would get it for us. This was a very kind gesture, as we are caffeine addicts and needed some for the following morning. He also washed our dusty hired car as we left! It was a very calming, if remote, place to stay and very peaceful and pleasant. And excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

ospitalità perfetta

Siamo una famiglia con due bambine e abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di Agosto in questa casa. Ho apprezzato la cura dei particolari nell'arredamento e l'estrema pulizia, la cucina attrezzata di tutto punto e la tranquillità della zona che ci ha permesso di lasciare libere le bambine di esplorare i dintorni, senza il nostro continuo controllo. Il valore aggiunto di questo soggiorno è stata la presenza discreta ma prodiga di attenzioni di Corrado e della sua famiglia che desidero ancora una volta ringraziare. Per quanto riguarda le spiagge ed i ristoranti abbiamo semplicemente seguito i suggerimenti dei proprietari e siamo rimasti incantati da tanta bellezza! Non basterebbe un mese per scoprire tutti i tesori di questo angolo di Sardegna.

La casa ha rispecchiato in pieno quanto era descritto nell'inserzione: ordinata, pulita, accogliente. Indimenticabile il paesaggio che si può vedere dalla terrazza! Vicinissimi al mare e con sotto casa un'ordinata pineta dove poter godersi un po' d'ombra e dove i bimbi possono tranquillamente giocare senza pericoli. Ideale per famiglie che vogliono vivere la vacanza in assoluta tranquillità. Una lode all'ospitalità dei proprietari, sempre gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Dopo pochi giorni noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra!. Bellissimo il lungomare e a pochi minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere altre incantevoli e suggestive spiagge! Il market, il negozio di frutta e verdura ed il bar/gelateria sono tranquillamente raggiungibili a piedi. A pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono anche ottime pizzerie e ristoranti. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto e questa casa a tutti. E' un piccolo paradiso!

Tolle Ausstattung, wunderbarer Meerblick

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung "Casa Sul Mar" eine sehr angenehme Zeit verbracht. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Für unsere dreijährige Tochter war die Wohnung ideal: Kinderbett, eine riesige, kindersichere Terrasse und sogar ein paar Kinderbücher und Spielzeuge. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir mussten weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche im Fluggepäck transportieren, das war alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich zu uns, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Mandriola bietet alles was man im Urlaub sucht: Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Eis, Bars und Restaurants, ist aber nicht so touristisch wie im Osten der Insel. Von diesem Ort aus erreicht man eine Vielzahl wunderschöner Strände.

Devo dire che x il secondo anno consecutivo ritorniamo in questa bella casa dove si sta molto bn consigliata a tt quelle persone che amano pace e tranquillità dove alla mattina nel aprire le finestre ti trovi di fronte un paradiso il mare a pochi metri fare colazione in veranda ,pranzare e cenare a pochi metri dal mare e uno spettacolo poi aggiungo i proprietari sono persone davvero gentili cordiali e sempre pronti ad ogni esigenza ti fanno sentire a casa .....il mio parere su questa casa e ottimo eccellente la consiglio vivamente

Sehr schoenes und gepfleges Haus!

Wir (3 Pers. 25 J.) waren im Mai 2013 fuer 10 Tage in Mandrolia und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus war in einem Top Zustand. Alles war sauber, frische Handtuecher und Bettwaesche (noch in Tueten von der Reinigung verpackt) waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Auch das Equipment und der Hausrat waren wie beschrieben und in einwandfreienm Zustand da. Die Kommunitkation, Reservierung und Bezahlung verliefen unkompliziert und schnell mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereitem Vermeiter. In Kuerze: wir hatten eine super Zeit, werden bei dem naechsten Urlaub in dieser Gegend uns mit Sicherheit wieder dort einmieten und koennen diese Villa und Vermeiter nur empfehlen!
