Within a field of 200 has seal. of woods, fields, vineyards and olive groves lies the ancient complex of Villa Avanella, including traditional country manor house, the typical Tuscan barn and, 100 mt., 4 apartments from characteristic Tuscan rural schools. The entire complex has been renovated respecting the architectural features of the buildings and it was enclosed along its perimeter. The buildings are decorated with the classic style of a Tuscan villa. Outside the buildings, guests can enjoy the garden, the 2 swimming pools: a mt. 10 x 20, with solar shower situated near the Villa and the Barn, the other mt. 9 x 4 located near the apartments, 2 built-in barbecue and laundry.
