Two weeks in Tuscany

Filippo and Sylvia were excellent hosts. The apartment is fantastic and is actually better than the pictures on the website. The location is perfect for travelling around Tuscany and it’s a 20 minute drive to the park and ride in Florence. There are some fantastic local restaurants a short drive from the property. On the nights we stayed in and cooked, it was an idyllic setting to sit out on the terrane and eat. Communication with the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent, particularly when we needed help paying a parking fine. It was also great to have a pool to cool down after a hard day’s sightseeing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Au milieu des blés

Le logement est bien situé proche de florence pise sienne ! La maison est agréable au milieu d’un grand jardin et d’un grand champ de blé! Il manque toutefois un lave linge et un grille pain, ainsi que des produits d’entretien pour entretenir un minimum lors d’un sejour de 6 jours! et aucune information de visites autres que celles connues que l’on pourrait faire ni pour les commerces aux alentours il a fallut demander! La location est accessible par un chemin non goudronné cahoteux d’un kilomètre ! A part ça la location est agreable!

Tolle Unterkunft mit riesigem Grundstück. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Die Betten könnten bequemer sein. Einziger Nachteil: Die Mücken! 😅 Also Autan nicht vergessen! ;-)

Excellent séjour en Toscane !

Vacances extra : région magnifique, riche en patrimoine, logement tout à fait satisfaisant et notre hôte, Filippo fut disponible et facilement joignable. En plus il parle un peu français ce qui est vraiment facilitant. Je recommande !

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, was uns vor allem in der Küche wichtig war. Filippo war sehr sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Natürlich hängt alles von den persönlichen Vorlieben und Gewohnheiten ab, aber für uns als Familie war diese Ferienwohnung ein absoluter Glückstreffer. Was war schön: - zwei Zimmer (eines davon Wohnküche mit Couch, eines Schlafzimmer) und ein separates Bad - sehr schön renoviert, Küche mit Vollausstattung (keine Spülmaschine, Gastherme), Bodenfliesen, schöne Deckengestaltung, tolle Holzmöbel) - bequeme Betten - Basis-Dinge bereits vorhanden (z. B. Handtücher, WC-Papier, Spülmittel) - angenehmes Klima in der Wohnung (trotz hoher Außentemperaturen) - Nutzung des großzügigen und liebevoll gestalteten Gartens möglich (inkl. Schwimmbecken - hoch und verschiedener Sitzmöglichkeiten), Grill vorhanden und sogar eine Bar aus Holz - Parkplatz vorhanden - Waschmaschine im Freien zur Nutzung. ... und nicht zuletzt: Ein ganz lieber Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Was war nicht schön: - Da gibt es nichts zu sagen, außer dass es eine weitere Wohnung über der FeWo gibt. Da kann man natürlich Pech haben – bei uns war alles ok. Und sonst: - Die FeWo ist Teil eines freistehenden Gebäudeensembles, bestehend aus drei Gebäuden. - Die Gebäude sind vom nächsten kleineren Ort ca. 2 km entfernt. - Man darf sich nicht vom Zuweg beeindrucken lassen, der ca. 1 km lange Weg ist nicht asphaltiert, aber befahrbar. - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sicherlich im Ort (haben wir nicht erkundet), der nächste Coop.fi ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Das war's. Man kann hier nichts falsch machen. :-)

Tolle Ferienwohnung in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier im August sehr genossen, die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Garten zur Alleinnutzung. Wir haben 2 Wochen zu dritt hier verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Ausspannen. Auch Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca und Vinci waren sehr einfach möglich. Gerade Florenz kann man mit der Tram super erreichen. Filippo war unglaublich hilfsbereit und außerordentlich nett. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Für Einkäufe und Restaurants ist ein Auto notwendig, was aber kein Problem für uns war. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Belle propriété beau jardin dommage que nous devions cohabiter avec d autres personnes situé dans une autre habitation qui n a pas été stipulé dans l annonce également la visite du propriétaire qui passé inopinément tous les jours faire des travaux dans le jardin.

Séjour et visites

Logement idéalement situé pour sillonner la région (entre 30mn et 1h de chaque village à voir et 30m de Florence en voiture). Il est à la campagne au calme. Pour séjourner et se reposer, la piscine et le grand jardin sont très agréables. Nos ados ont été très contents de profiter de la piscine. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous a très rapidement rendu service en nous aiguillant vers des garagistes pour notre voiture tombée en panne en rentrant de Florence. Son pruniers donnent de délicieuses prunes.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen

Sehr hübsches Haus im italienischen Stil gehalten. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Feldern und Weinbergen. Zum Haus gehört ein schön gepflegter Garten und eine gemütliche Terrasse. Toller, schneller Service, selbst in der Nacht bei einem Stromausfall mussten wir nicht lange auf Hilfe warten. Gerne wieder.

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce gite plein de charmes. La localisation est idéale pour qui veut visiter Florence, nous étions à 15mn du tram permettant un accès au centre ville. Nous avons aussi effectué deux jours en Toscane est là aussi le fait d''être au sud de Florence était un plus. Le seul bémol serait pour les équipements, pas de lave linge ou de four micro onde mais cela n''est pas forcément gênant. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, cela fait plaisir de voir qu''il est simple de louer un appartement. "

"Apartamento amplio, muy limpio, cómodo y confortable. Estuvimos en la planta baja. Cocina bien equipada, el único detalle que le falta es un microondas (aunque ya lo sabíamos, en la descripción del apartamento no figuraba). Habitación y cama amplia y cómoda. Zona tranquila, rodeado de viñedos aunque también cerca de un pueblecito. Gran jardín equipado con 2 barbacoas, mesas, etc. Vale la pena quedarse un día más sólo para disfrutar de la casa y sus alrededores. Autovía a 10 minutos en coche. Supermercado a 5-8 minutos en coche. Ideal para pasar unos días en la Toscana. Muchas gracias también a Fillipo, el propietario por su recibimiento y sus recomendaciones para acceder en tren a Florencia. Sólo agradecería para otra ocasión un rollo de papel higiénico. Recomendable al 100%."

Lors de notre arrivée tard le soir il n''était même pas possible d''utiliser les toilettes cause de manque de papier toilette. Odeur bizare dans toute la maison. Lors du départ on n''a même pas reçu de facture et pas de preuve de paiement !??"
