Lovely stay in Tuscany

Very nice stay in Chianti

Our stay was really nice. Communication with the host was easy and approachable and she left us a lot of very nice things. The beautiful house is not easy to get to but when you are here, you will be quiet and peaceful with an amazing view.

LOVELY APARTMENT AND LOCATION

The owner is fantastic and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. We loved the location - very quiet and beautiful. Easy to do wine and oil tastings. We visited Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, and everything in between. Highly recommend.

Lovely hideaway in the Chianti hills

We had a great time at this well-priced appartement. Big enough for the 4 of us and with 2 toilets, we visited in a heatwave and despite no a/c, the place was cooler than outside, with a bug screen meaning we could keep the window open all night. Along with the fans, this made for a comfortable night's sleep. Excellent cooking facilities, lovely host who lives next door and a brilliant swimming pool shared only with the other rental apartment. As that wasn't rented out in the week we visited, we effectively had a private pool - a nice bonus!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in den Hügeln der Toskana. Es ist sehr ruhig (zu hören sind lediglich die Zikaden) und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick hinab auf eine sehr schöne Landschaft aus Olivenbäumen, Weinstöcken und Zypressen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir konnten uns auf Englisch sehr gut verständigen.Die Wohnungsausstattung ist sehr gut, die Betten bequem und dank der dicken Mauern des Hauses bleibt es in der Wohnung - trotz sehr hoher Außentemperaturen - immer angenehm kühl.Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Pool, der uns die nötige Abkühlung nach unseren Ausflügen oder dem Chillen auf der Terrasse bescherte.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Es ist sehr ruhig, sehr abgelegen, aber wunderschön und man erreicht trotzdem in kürzester Zeit alle Städte, die man gerne sehen möchte Florenz Siena San Gimignano ist alles nicht weit entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und nett. Für die Kinder war das Highlight natürlich der Pool. Sehr angenehm war, dass es ein Salzwasserpool war und man nichts mit Chlor zu tun hatte.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine à San Polo in Chianti. l'accueil de notre hôte, Laura, a été à la fois chaleureux et efficace ; le site est d'une remarquable beauté et permet d'apprécier un Chianti plus montagneux qu'on ne le voit d'ordinaire ; le logement est très confortable. Séjour parfait en tout point !

Logement très bien placé pour visiter Florence et le Chianty en famille. Séjour fin octobre et nous avons passé notre temps en excursion ce qui fait qu'on a pas beaucoup profité de l'extérieur (jardin et vue) pourtant très beaux ! Nous étions en pleine période de récolte des olives donc Laura était très affairée mais nous avons quand même pu avoir des échanges avec elle (elle parle très bien français, ça aide !). Nous recommandons à 100% ! A faire : un petit tour au bar du village, le plein d'eau de source à la casa di agua !
