The Farmhouse La Presura offers different types of pretty and cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, boiler, toaster), toilet with shower or bathtub, linen, tv, safe box.

Beautiful vineyard stay

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. 30 min bus ride to town and very relaxing to walk the property. The wine tasting was worth it!

Fantastic stay!

My husband, 18 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Presura! Bianca and Gigi treated us like royalty. After our journey to the vineyard, we were greeted with smiles and a glass of wine! Our apartment was filled with antiques and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, LOVED the wine tour and tasting and learning about the history of La Presura. The photos and amenities described are accurate. The customer service was exceptional!! The maps and directions to local restaurants and shopping were accurate and easy to follow. I highly recommend La Presura and plan to return again soon!

beautiful location

we arrived very late, due to our flights. everything was ready and waiting. our room was better than pictures. we did the wine tasting, with history, travel to vineyard, and appetizers. very nice. we went to their lake and feed the ducks. everyone was very helpful with directions and ideas on our week long stay. we rented a car in Florence and drove to siena, pisa, Florence and san giamania. we cooked most our meals and visited some local eateries. nice people and nice trip. the countryside was beautiful with all the fall colors.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, zusammen mit unserem kleinen Hund. Bereits vor unserer Reise bekamen wir alle wichtigen Informationen, wie Restaurants und Läden per WhatsApp zugeschickt. Außerdem wurde eine Weinverkostung organisiert. Sowohl der Wein und das Olivenöl sind köstlich. Wir werden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. We had a wonderful stay together with our little dog. Even before our trip, we received all the important information, such as restaurants and shops, via WhatsApp. A wine tasting was also organized for us. Both the wine and the olive oil are delicious. We will definitely recommend the accommodation.

Un merveilleux emplacement avec une superbe piscine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de début Aout malheureusement la climatisation de notre chambre ne marchait pas et nous avions 35 degrés la nuit . Une vérification devrait être faite systématiquement par le personnel . Petit coin cuisine avec grand frigo et congélateur qui eux fonctionnaient parfaitement. Je conseille les chambres avec petit jardin pour un très léger supplément de 10 €/ jour . Environnement calme et magnifique .

Wir hatten eine Wohnung für 4-5 Personen, leider ohne Balkon . Die Bäder waren sehr verschachtelt und ein aufrechtes stehen, für große Menschen, war kaum möglich . Die Unterkunft verfügt über mehrere Wohnobjekte, was aus der FeWo Anzeige nicht ersichtlich war. Hätten um Nachhinein etwas anderes auf der Farm gebucht ….

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf gepflegtem Agriturismo-Gut

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Steinhaus mit gemütlicher Einrichtung und guter Ausstattung. Der Agriturismo-Betrieb ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Gut mit Weinbau und Olivenhainen der oben auf einer Hügelkette liegt mit herrlichem Ausblick in alle Richtungen in traditionelle toskanische Landschaft. Auf dem Gelände gibt es mehrere gut beschilderte Wanderwege, verschiedene Sitzecken mit Ausblick, Kinderspielplatz, Grillstelle sowie einem gepflegten Swimmingpool mit ästhetischer Formgebung und Beleuchtung. Wir konnten an einer Führung per Jeep durch die Weinberge teilnehmen mit Weinprobe und leckeren regionalen Spezialitäten. Florenz ist mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. La Pressura ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen den wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Loved this property!

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful vineyard in the heart of Chianti! We had our own little private bungalow, very quiet & relaxing space. Great to walk around the vineyard/property! Easy 30 min bus to Florence. Looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent location for visits to Florence, San Gimignano and Greve, with spectacular views and surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Timing of visit meant we got to see wine making in progress which was very interesting. It would be helpful if website photos made it clearer which rooms/ had which facilities - particularly in respect of bathrooms and general seating. Would happily return to location

Super séjour je recommande

Nous avions une petite maison individuelle avec jardin privatif entièrement clos ,ce qui était top avec notre petit chien. Les hotes sont tres acceuillants. il y a une magnifique piscine toujours très bien entretenue avec suffisament de chaises longues pour tout le monde. La location est parfaitement clean, Nous sommes restés 3 semaines et le ménage et le changement de linge de maison a été fait 2 fois. Vraiment rien à redire. Question équipement : frigo avec congel, micro onde plaques et four electrique fonctionnant parfaitement. Peut etre juste un petit bemol sur le petit équipement, ce qui peut facilement être remédié : nous n avions par exemple pas de sechoir pour étendre le linge ou encore de plat pouvant aller dans le micro onde Mais d une facon generale, ce fut un tres agreble sejour. Encore merci

Peaceful Tuscan Vacay

I was so happy I chose this place for our Tuscany pit stop from Rome to Venice. When you arrive they offer you a glass of their wine, which was fabulous. The rooms are very quaint (just hope for quiet neighbors). We did their wine tour and tasting where you got to try 4 of their wines with many finger food options. We really enjoyed meeting the other couples there. They also have great walking paths, a lake, a bbq area you can cook at, a beautiful pool area, and even a playground for children. The woman who worked in her office, I forgot to get her name, was so incredibly helpful and nice. They even offered a laundry service! If we ever make it back to Tuscany we will definitely stay here and try to bring some friends along.
