Beautiful and very functional house

Excellent property for a business trip. A bit cool due to the temperature legislation for italy but still a very pleasant stay!

great stay in Rignano

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful part of Tuscany, stayed for 4 weeks. A 9 min drive to the local train station to get into Florence and a good base for the rest of Italy. We were also very grateful for the nearby pool and bar, only a 5 minute drive away. The house was well set up (2 adults, 2 kids) and nice to relax in. Stayed cool in a very hot summer. Elena was a great host and made us feel very welcomed.

Wunderschöner Mai

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer Familie in dem Haus und haben die Zeit in der schönen Landschaft sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Eine deutsche Nachbarin steht auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein alteingerichtetes Haus in traumhafter Lage nur wenige Minuten von Florenz Arezzo und weiteren schönen Orten entfernt. Eigene Handtücher nicht vergessen :)

schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. In näherer Umgebung leider eher wenig Orte für Ausflüge vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut und mit etwas Suchen haben wir auch ein schönes Restaurant gefunden. In den 2 Wochen vor Ort hatten wir leider nicht viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Die schöne Terasse hatte zu unseren Zeiten keine Sonne mehr, so dass wir mit den Stühlen um das Haus gezogen sind. Elena war während unserer Zeit selber verreist, konnte aber telefonisch oder per Handy alle auftretenden Fragen schnell klären.

We are in an area more quite than the most famous places in Tuscany, however they can all be reached in an hour or two at most and Florence is only 20 km away. Hervorragende Reise in die Toscana

Wir waren im Juli 2022 in dem Objekt. Im Vorfeld haben viele Informationen von der Eigentümerin Elena bekommen die sehr hilfreich waren. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Obwohl die Tagestemperaturen in unserer Phase sehr hoch waren, um die 38 Grad, konnten wir Abends trotzdem gut schlafen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Lage des Objektes, es können viele Städte in der Umgebung in kurzer Zeit besucht werden die sehenswert sind. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit war die Nachbarin Anja die sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat und uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und den Stadtereisen gegeben hat- dafür möchten wir uns sehr herzlich bedanken. Wir können das Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage. Die hohe Decke, die großen Fenster und der rustikale Stil haben uns gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Trotz des heißen Wetters, war es immer angenehm kühl im Haus.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Besser geht es nicht! Alles war von Beginn an perfekt organisiert. Von Elenas erster Mai,l über die exakte Wegbeschreibung, den herzlichen Empfang von Giovanna bis zu unserer Abfahrt nach zwei erholsamen Wochen, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Auf einem grünen Hügel gelegen, total ruhig, umgeben von Weinbergen und Natur pur. Trotzdem kann man innerhalb von fünf Minuten zum Bäcker fahren und ist zehn Minuten (mit dem Auto) am Bahnhof und kann nach Florenz fahren (30 Minuten). Auch große Supermärkte (Lidl/Carrefour) sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten leicht zu erreichen. Abends wehte immer eine schöne Brise, sodass die Hitze des Tages (im Tal waren es teilweise 40°) gemildert wurde und auch erholsamer Schlaf gut möglich war. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber, die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet mit ausrecheinden Mengen (Geschirr/Besteck/Töpfe) an allem, was man braucht (sogar einen Pürierstab und eine Salatschleuder gibt es!). Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls zahlreich vorhanden, sodass ein Wechsel jederzeit möglich ist. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die große Terrasse vor dem Haus, auf der wir uns beim Blick in die traumhafte Landschaft wunderbar entspannen konnten. Unsere Mahlzeiten haben wir ausschließlich dort eingenommen und es jeden Tag auf's Neue genossen, mitten im Grünen zu sitzen. Das Eichhörnchen, das im Garten lebt, hat uns jeden Tag mindestens einmal besucht :-) Ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Giovanna, ihrer Tochter und ihrem Sohn (die beiden haben uns als "Dolmetscher" geholfen, wenn unser kaum vorhandenes Italienisch und Giovannas Englisch nicht ganz ausreichgereicht haben) für die blitzschnelle und immer freundliche Unterstützung, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Auch Pierpaolo und Elena, die ein paar Tage vor Ort waren, sind sehr angenehme, freundliche Menschen. Bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen. Grazie mille, Giovanna, per il vostro sostegno e la vostra gentilezza! Per quando speriamo di tornare qualche volta, il mio italiano potrebbe essere un po' meglio. Ci proverò sicuramente.

Piacevole soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini piccoli presso la Tinaia ad agosto, bella soluzione, tranquilla, pulita, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Immersa in un contesto da cartolina dove la natura la fa da padrona. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali. Struttura consigliata a chi cerca una piacevole soluzione per staccare dal caos cittadino.

Drei erholsame Wochen in der Toskana

Wir haben drei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen mitten in den Feldern. An sehr heißen Tagen fühlt man sich draußen unter den schattenspendenden Bäumen wohl. Die Terrasse ist mit Blumen liebevoll geschmückt. Das Haus ist bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Geschirr ist hübsch. Die Kleiderschränke bieten reichlich Stauraum. Die Bettwäsche ist hochwertig. Beide Badezimmer haben Fenster. WLAN Empfang ist sehr gut. Elena und Pierpaolo haben uns herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt.

Wonderful authenthic tuskany feeling

A perfect vacation home for people who want to get inspired by Italien Lifestyle in the absence of tourists. In the vicinity of Firenze, you can visit a lot of interesting places. Although it is not a real house for your own (there is a second flat adjacent), it is a very lovely place with friendly hosts. All in all: recommendation!

UN SÉJOUR PARFAIT!

Belle maison fraîche, spacieuse, très bien située, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Il ne manque rien, il y a tout! Le jardin est bien entretenu, ombragé et fleuri, c'est très agréable d'y passer les après-midi sur les transats (prévoir une moustiquaire à suspendre à un arbre). L'accueil sur place est chaleureux, un grand merci à Giovana. Très facile d'aller à Florence par le train (gare à 5min) ainsi qu'à l'accès d'autoroute d'Incisa. Nous avons pu visiter: Pise à l'aller, Sienne et Monterigioni dans la même journée, San Gimignano et Florence sur 2 jours. Les moustiques sont présents dans toute la Toscane, il faut s'équiper en produits, heureusement la maison à des moustiquaires aux chambres. ( il ne manquerait qu'une ou deux moustiquaires de plus dans la cuisine et le séjour pour plus de confort). À 3min, on a une piscine et une pizzeria au camping que nous recommandons. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances au calme dans un cadre vert même au mois d'août.

Un cadre enchanteur

La maison est située dans un domaine bordé de grands arbres dans la campagne Toscane et le dépaysement est garanti. Les propriétaires se donnent beaucoup de mal pour entretenir le domaine et sont prévenants avec les locataires. La maison (appartement du bas) est spacieuse et confortable (il manque juste le WIFI). Quelques conseils: - Bien repérer la route sur Google View avant d'arriver car la maison n'est pas facile à trouver - Prévoir les bouteilles d'eau car l'approvisionnement en eau potable est parfois aléatoire dans la campagne Toscane - La maison est composée de 2 appartements siués l'un au dessus l'autre. Pour être tranquille privilégiez l'appartement du dessus pour ne pas être obligés de supporter le rythme de vie de vos voisins ! Merci à Giovana pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. All is well ... except for the mosquitos!

Our stay for 2 weeks was just perfect from a house / appliances and overall quality: huge house, very quiet environnement, very clean and easy to take-care of, perfect surrounding (very quiet!). We were 5 of us and it all went very well, except for the mosquitos, which proved to have a field day with us as well. Yet, at the end, nothing that shadowed our 2 weeks so we would recommend this house to anyone looking for a central point to visit the region.

Great house for four pe...

Great house for four people is very clean, comfortable and spacious, the peace and quiet. On the street heard the roar of the highway nearby. But around the vineyards, olive groves, saw wild deer. The house was cool at first, then warmed up, it was good. A week burned at 100 euros of gas to keep the temperature 22 degrees Celsius. Once back in the cold house, gas somehow shut down, but was restored after 20 minutes. What it was, we did not understand. Lacked kettle (tea boiled in a pot), normal blankets and duvet covers. In the summer it is not so important, but for winter is important details. Boiling water gave a strong lime scale, for in the end we bought coffee and tea water. In the darkness of the house is not easy to find, the navigator does not determine this point, we recommend arriving before dark. Thanks to the owners for the detailed instructions on how to get there and Denise for the wait and help. Glad to be back again!

"Very beautifull clean house with superb Toscana scenery. We spent every evening in the patio enjoying wine and Tascna gastronomy. Very helpfull and friendly owners. Tres belle maison propre avec vue panoramique superbe de la Toscane. Nous avons passé de belles soirées à l''extérieur chaque soir sur le patio devant la maison à dégusté la gastronomie Toscane et boire des vins italiens. Propriétaires amicals et prêt à aider. "

"Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison idéalement située. Très calme, dans un paysage somptueux, à quelques km de Florence. Accueil chaleureux. Un plus : le jardin pour dîner le soir en toute quiétude. Un manque : l''absence de chaises longues pour profiter pleinement de l''espace jardin. Pas de lumière sur la terrasse. A conseiller au amoureux de la tranquillité et des paysages toscans magnifiques."
