A Tuscan treasure!

My only regret about my stay here is that it was too short. The host was magnificent, and the property was a dream come true.Across the street are a rose garden and a Japanese garden, and the street itself leads right to an opening in the wall and just a short dogleg to a bridge into the city center.

A special place to stay

Private, quiet, close to town, and plenty of reasons to stay here. Host was courteous and quick to respond. The property is amazing for a tourist like myself- right in the heart of Florence. 5 min walk from the heart of the city. Highly recommend.

This little property was just perfect for our 6 day stay in Florence. You could walk to anywhere in the city and surrounded by restaurants and cafes… Rocco was always helpful…..The property was like a park in the city…..would definitely recommend to stay here Not big but perfect for 2 people.

Perfect charming stay so close to everything you want to see! I felt like we were in our small Italian neighborhood behind the gate- but leaving through the gate you go downhill one minute to find yourself in Florence and can walk EVERYWHERE- BEST LOCATION. The home is exactly as shown - a renovated hothouse perfect for two. A gifted bottle of wine and fresh rosemary too. Would absolutely do again!

Under the stars in Florence

I loved my stay here. Rocco’s place is SO beautiful and so quiet, outside of the noise of the city yet I was able to get everywhere I wanted on foot. It’s close to everything. The inside is so clean and all new. It’s just beautiful inside and out and Rocco was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back.

Oasis in the heart of Florence

Rocco’s place is a true gem! Perfect location and a quiet and peaceful spot, especially after battling tourist crowds all day. The apartment has everything you need — and the bed was so comfy! Rocco was also an amazing host, helping us to make dinner reservations and book taxis. Hope to return here soon!
