The Suite 1 apartment is located in a wonderful historical building dating back to seventeenth century located on the Lungarno Archibusieri, between Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi Museum. The view from the panoramical windows, overlooking both the Ponte Vecchio and the Vasarian corridor, will mesmerise you.
As will the location, perfect for starting your discovery of Florence from its very heart.
Newly renovated, the apartment has a surface of 48 squared meters and composes itself of a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom.
The tasteful design of the interiors has been thought to respect the structure of the apartment, but also to offer its guest the most comfortable experience possible.
Thus in the apartment you will find a Satellite TV with DVD player, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine and ironing equipment, hair dryer, water boiler, dish washer, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen.
Of course, all linen and towels are included, as is a weekly cleaning service that will provide you with fresh linen and towels.
On request, extra cleaning can be arranged for our guests.

Amazing view in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice apartment! It had everything we needed -including a washing machine to refresh our clothes in the middle of our trip.This place is located directly on the river with a perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio and the surrounding area. The elevator was appreciated for our arrival and departure, but we took the stairs the rest of the time to work off all the pasta and cornettos!Marusca made everything easy and ensured that we had everything we needed. This place is a winner!

Great apartment in a very central location

Great communication with the owner and her representative. Nice amount of room for two people, close to all the sights and a good grocery store just across the bridge, great view and the apartment was bright and airy. Would stay here again.

Great location

Location was excellent. Everything was a short walk even for elderly people. Property was as described with a nice view overlooking the Arno River. Marusca was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat Especially florintine steak. We hope to book again next year.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is perfect and was in between the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. The door frame is short going into the closet, so be sure to duck. My only request would be brighter light bulbs, or some additional lamps. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Experience!

This was a fantastic apartment in a wonderful area. It was so close to everything and the view was amazing!! The property owner was so helpful. She provided a map with some key place to go and showed us where to go to escape the tourist. She provided her cell and was willing to help with anything. I plan to go back for sure. One thing to note, it you are tall (like 6ft ) it might feel a bit cramped, as the ceilings are a little low. But we were perfectly comfortable.

Great location & host

Marusca’s place is just as described and she was a lovely host! We loved the location and enjoyed seeing the Ponte Veechio out all the windows. We were able to wash clothes halfway through our 2 week trip, which was so helpful! Marusca met us at the door, showed us everything we needed in the home and provided great recommendations for food (many of which we tried and loved)! We did Uber from the train station to get there but after exploring the city for the weekend, we felt comfortable to walk the 15 min back to the train station and other than the heat, it was easy enough and saved us extra cash! Dont hesitate if you’re looking for a perfect location to stay in Florence!

Great apartment, Perfect location!

Host Marusca gave us everything we needed for a great stay! The apartment was clean, updated and perfect for our needs. The location is excellent, right near the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, with a great view. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, except for the Santa Maria Novella Station (when we left to take the train to Rome). We had trouble getting a taxi that morning we left, so we contacted Marusca, and she had a taxi there for us within 5 minutes! Thank you Marusca! Despite cool, rainy weather while we were there, we had a great stay!!

Fantastic Experience in historic center of Firenze

This was the first time we tried a Vrbo. The apartment was wonderful, it had everything we needed, and we completely enjoyed our stay there. Marusca is a super host, greeted us personally just as we arrived, and provided us a complete explanation of everything we needed to know about the apartment, and helped arranged a taxi for us at 4:30 AM on departure morning. The front door of the apartment building is located about 30 second walk from the Ponte Vecchio, and 40 second walk from the Uffizi Gallery, directly on the small street that runs along the Arno River. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a convenient lift so we did not have to walk the stairs. The 3 windows look out onto the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio, and look down onto the Vasari Walkway. So we were above where the Medici's did their daily walks between the Uffizi and their home in the Piti Palace. The location is surprisingly quiet considering the location. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy. The kitchen had a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and kettle. The area is filled with all kinds of great eateries and the best Gelateria in Firenze is located close by. We would love to have stayed there a month or longer. 8 days was too short - maybe we will do it again soon.

Perfect Location

We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is charming and well equipped and quite quirky, due to low ceilings. The location cannot be beat and it was quiet, even though you’re in the heart of the action. Bear in mind, we were there during the winter and we mostly had the windows closed. Highly recommend

This apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was walking distance to every thing we wanted to see. While it’s in the center of the action, it’s very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

The location is unbeatable and the size of the apartment is big for Florence! Easy check-in and check-out. Loved having a washer along with a big closet and bathroom. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the host gifted us a bottle of champagne - so sweet!! Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great location

The apartment was located right in the thick of things and close to most attractions (right next to Ponte Vecchio). You can get to either side of the river easily. It can be louder at night due to the crowds but we were ready for it. I slept fine with the window closed. Weather was perfect, too!

The Little Things

Our family of 3 fit into this classic loft very well, and the location couldn’t be more fairy-tale like. We walked everywhere, San Spirito several times; be sure the check out Volume for delicious beer, snacks, and olives. What really made our stay was Marusca’s attention to the little things-Italian coffee maker for our mornings, the cold filtered water after climbing the duomo, and the washing machine helped make our stay in Florence absolutely unforgettable.

Amazing!

Such a beautiful apartment overlooking the Ponte Vecchio! Woke each morning and opened the windows to listen to the church bells ringing. The apartment was SPOTLESS and Marusca was wonderful. At one point I sent her a message to see if there were other pillows we could use and she went and bought new pillows to make us more comfortable! She had many wonderful suggestions for our stay. I highly recommend staying at this fabulous apartment and would definitely come back!
