Romantic and cozy apartment located in the very heart of Florence in a quiet and peaceful street just behind Ponte Vecchio (50 mt). From here you can easily visit all the center by foot: walking from Ponte Vecchio, in about two minutes you reach the Uffizi Gallery(350 mt); Piazza della Signoria (500 mt) and the Duomo (800 mt) are just around the corner. However the public transport is on the street down the apartment. Around the area you can choose from a wide choice of typical Italian restaurants at good prices.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical building of the 13th century served by LIFT. It is 60 s.m, fully equipped and well furnished. The bedroom, with its king size bed, is bright and airy. The bathroom is nicely blue furnished and provided with clean towels and a washing machine. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed convertible in a bed 1 and 1/2 size and a TV/DVD player. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any kind of dishes; It is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, a drip coffee maker and Espresso coffe maker.
The apartment is also provided with Air Conditioning (both bedroom and living room) and WiFi, Washing machine and Dishwasher.

Fabulous apartment in Florence

Charming apartment in the heart of Florence

Francesco’s apartment was absolutely splendid! Not only, was it in the best area to stay in Florence (in my opinion), but it was also equipped for all your traveling needs. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a lovely kitchen/dining room. The location is steps away from Ponte Vecchio and various fabulous restaurants. I could not recommend this accommodation enough!

Terrific apartment in a perfect Florence location. All the biggest sights as well as the train station are within a short walk. Host, Francesco was super! Super timely responses to a few questions. Helped us store our bags until we could check in and we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes when we arrived. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we ate in. The lift is super handy as is the clothes washing machine. Francesco recommended the restaurant right next door (Osteria Del Cinghiale Bianco) and it was outstanding. We could not have found a better home to spend our last three days in Italy! Thank you Francesco!

A perfect stay in Florence

The central location of this spotless and cosy apartment is perfect, near Ponte Vecchio bridge on the Oltrarno side with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to most attractions, to train station, metro line, and bus stop. Full kitchen if you decide to cook, comfy bed and a washing machine. Friendly and helpful host! Highly recommend !

Tuscany vacation

It was a great apartment near all of Florence’s sites to see. We walked everywhere to the Piazza Del Vecchio to the Piazza de la Cathedrale. The apartmemt is situated between Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinita and is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Francesco, our host was very welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Perfectly appointed and wonderful location!

We loved this apartment! Francesco has thought of everything to make your stay in this Florence apartment a wonderful experience. Check in and out was a breeze. The AC in the bedroom and living room works beautifully to cool the rooms. It was very warm at night (33 degrees) when we visited so the AC was so valuable! The decor is quaint and beautifully Italian, the bed is comfortable. We appreciated having the washing machine and the apartment was clean when we arrived! The location is fantastic to walk to all major sites and shopping. Francesco recommended a grocery store just minutes from the apartment and we ate in the apartment for several meals. We had everything we needed. Thank you Francesco!

A great "home base" in Firenze

We loved our stay and loved Florence! The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe, and the building/apartment was definitely secure. There are so many great restaurants on the same street that you hardly need to go across the river... But you definitely should! We also appreciated the washer as we packed light for our ten days in Italy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful, sunny apartment

Francesco is a lovely host. The apartment is impeccable with every amenity. So thoughtful with coffe and various coffee makers. Plenty of towels and great linens. It was our favorite of the 5 rentals we stayed in on our trip. And in a great and quiet neighborhood with a lift. Definitely will go to Francesco's again.

The Great Replacement

Because of a burst pipe, we were unable to stay at the VRBO we had originally booked, but the owner Francesco was great. He let us know about the problem well before we arrived and worked quickly to find another VRBO nearby. The replacement VRBO was very nice and in a great location so it was a very good substitute. It was really easy to communicate with Francesco throughout the whole experience from the first rental through check-in and out of the second one. We hope to come back to Florence and experience Francesco's charming place.

Perfect Gem

We have been to Florence several times and always stayed at hotels. We wanted a different experience for our 5 night stay. This apartment did not disappoint. It was comfortable and well appointed. It offers everything you need for an extended stay. It is roomy, comfortable and perfectly located just over the Ponte Vecchio close to the Pitti Palace and several nice restaurants. Very quiet and not over run with tourists but right in the hub of activity. Francesco met us and explained how everything worked and then met us when we left. Close to the bus stop and a great market a block away. We hope we can return again soon.

Great Location, Great Host!

This was a perfect location, close to everything you need, walking to all attractions. Our host, Francesco, was nice, responsive and accommodating. He let us leave our luggage ahead of check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, all kitchen cookware, plates, table and chairs, appliances (gas range, refrigerator, coffeemaker, ...). There was an elevator in the building, cold AC, WIFI, two locked gates for more security. The bedroom was large with lots of closet space, so was the kitchen. Big supermarket nearby, many shops and restaurants. This was a central location for tourists like us, no need for taxi, everything was within walking distance. The host set up an additional single bed for us. I would recommend this place to all. Our family of 4 was very happy and satisfied in this pale. Thank you Francesco!
