Lots of stairs but worth the view! Honestly the best way to experience Florence; close to the sites and action while tucked away from the noise with a perfect vantage!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the unique atmosphere and stunning views from the apartment.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
The apartment was wonderful. There are a lot of stairs, but you don’t get a view like that without working for it and we found it well worth the small effort.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the balcony, the cozy apartment, and our hospitality. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime!
The views are amazing! But this apartment is a micro apartment. Flights and flights of stairs. Cramped quarters. Extremely noisy from bars in the area!! Can’t stress that enough.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad you enjoyed the amazing views.
At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We understand that the size, the number of stairs, and the noise from nearby bars can impact comfort, even if this is not under our control. Your comments are very helpful, and we’ll make sure this information is communicated more clearly to future guests so they can choose what suits them best.

Wow I would stay here again! Talk about charm. I will attach photos but they won’t do it justice. The location is incredible, the apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. The response from the management team was timely and helpful! Absolutely loved this apartment and hope to be back!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted you enjoyed the charm of the apartment and its incredible location. It’s great to hear the space worked perfectly for your stay and that our team was helpful and responsive. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
My daughter and I stayed at this apartment for four nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment has lots of character. We loved the outdoor patio and the views were amazing. As other reviews have said, there are steps to climb with your luggage, but for us the views made it worth it. The location was also really great. Just a few minutes walk to all of the sights but in a quiet area with lots of restaurants and cute shops. Check in was easy and they even allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again.

The Vrbo is in the heart of Florence. It’s next to great restaurants and attractions. There are sooo many stairs to climb before getting to the apartment. Great views and hosts!
The place is small but perfect for two people! Especially with the windows and views! We absolutely loved our stay. The location is incredible, and a convenient starting point in the mornings. We would stay here again.
Great place and location! Was very comfortable and the view was unreal. As long as you don’t mind ALOT of stairs. We thought it was more than worth it.

The view from the apartment isn't enough to overcome the drunken voices you hear every night until 4am. Not exaggerating. The apartment is situated above a square with an Irish pub that serves mostly young adults and you can hear everything through the wall of windows. Even if you think your a heavy sleeper to get past the noise, you can't possibly fall asleep on the apartments ‘matress’ (it hardly even qualifies). The ‘queen’ bed is made up of two twins with thin mattresses and a topper to somehow make it one. Every night the bed move away leaving a sinking feeling between the frames. Don't be fooled by the beautiful view. The couches are actually coved with cheap sheets (that still had crumbs when we arrived), and the hot water is totally unreliable. This apartment is owned by a property management company that obviously doesn't want to invest any money into keeping a quality apartment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and central location, but we’re very sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. As the apartment is located in a lively city-center area, some nighttime noise can occasionally be heard, though we understand this may have been more disruptive than anticipated during your visit.
We also sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the bed setup, cleanliness, and hot water, we would have happily sent someone to check and fix them during your stay. Your comments have been shared with our team so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
We loved our stay and the apartment. The location within Florence and the view were spectacular. It should be noted that the MANY steep flights of stairs with luggage was difficult and no elevator was available if you are not able to climb with baggage. The front door of the building did not lock which was concerning but the amazing location was our priority and it was a perfect fit for us!!!
This place was AMAZING! We had no idea it was in such a great location. We had so many restaurants and bars right on our street to choose from! The space was BEAUTIFUL! The views were incredible and the bed was quite comfortable. It said it had laundry, but when we checked in they told us it didn't, so that was a little bit of a bummer. Also, it's on the top floor so beware you have to carry luggage up lots of flights, but it was totally worth it!
The property was as expected. Everyone has mentioned the stairs - there are 84 cement stairs of varying depth of the stairs and narrowness of the stair well. Rough with luggage - but not bad otherwise (55 year olds not in the best of shape either)The place was a bit dusty but overall clean. It needs a few more towels (only one per person was provided) and there are no extra pillows or blankets- both of which would be nice as it got a little chilly but not enough to turn on the heat. Great water pressureThe location was great- all attractions were easily walkable and there are plenty of good restraurants and even a little farmers market in the square. Overall a great stay for the price.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, water pressure, and overall value of the stay. We appreciate your feedback about the stairs, towels, pillows, blankets, and dust — we’ll take these points into consideration to make future stays even more comfortable. It’s wonderful to hear that, despite a few minor issues, you had a great experience exploring the area and enjoying the local spots.
This was the perfect apartment to stay in on our honeymoon in Florence! The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had just what we needed. The balcony and terrace were a treat, and we even were able to do a little laundry midway through our trip which was a game changer. The apartment is located in a great spot next to lots of activity, and we dined at the restaurant just outside of the door which was fantastic. I will mention that the apartment is located close to a nightclub and the weekend nights were a bit loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I would suggest ear plugs or a sleep aid. And also, as with many apartments in Florence, this one required quite a few flights of stairs to reach the top :) Overall everything was perfect, we are so appreciative of everything!
Uniquely old world Italy apartment with great views & terrace right on top of everything. Comfortable, spacious, and decently equipped. Kept the terrace doors open whenever in. Had a magnificent meal in an excellent restaurant in the bottom floor of the building and there's a hugely popular Irish bar just steps away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the center of Florence! The location is great, and the views from the two balconies were amazing (which we used to share some wine and enjoy the scene a couple of our nights). There are a LOT of stairs to get up to the apartment, and a spiral staircase (as pictured) to get up to the bed, so keep that in mind. Also, we would've loved a couple more towels. Otherwise, the apartment itself was very accommodating. One thing to note is the noise - as mentioned, it's in the center of Florence, and there are many restaurants and clubs nearby that stay open VERY late, so maybe bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. We would stay here again!
Nice place. Tons of stairs. The stairs can be slippery so be careful! It’s a bit confusing to find the flat. The lighting outside the flat but before you go out the main door can be quite confusing. We didn’t know we could activate it ourselves.
Do know the bed is in the loft. The only way to access the loft is by a very very narrow spiral staircase in the unit. The height between the loft and the roof- I could not stand straight up and I am 5’ 10” tall. It’s also very warm. The a/c kinda works but not really. We had to sleep with both fans plugged in and running.
Location is FANTASTIC! You are perfectly located for everything!
