Loved this place! It is in a great location just steps from great food and drink and not too much further to the train station and major tourist spots. Would book again!
We loved the little balcony in the apartment. Lovely to sit out on and appreciate the roofs of Florence. The host was responsive and took care of any requests we had. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Fabulous location, stairs tough first time and then became easier. Patio darling and lots of charm. The key at front off street a bit tricky to navigate. Wonderful stay and cozy.
Monica was wonderful to deal with! Our stay was perfect. Centrally located, wonderful terrace and great kitchen amenities.
If you have larger luggage be mindful that it is a fair few flights up!
We loved it and have already recommended to friends ❤️
Property is as advertised. Nice roof top apartment for two people. Great place to relax and in an good part of town. Monika is detailed and available when needed. Apartment is at the very top of the stairwell.
Great location to walk to all of the major museums and locations in Florence! A couple minute walk to Santa Croce, about 10 minutes to the Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi, and a 30 minute walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo. The rooftop patio was such a nice place to hang out, drink coffee, and read and relax when not out and about. Loved it.
We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was great with Monika. The front door key was difficult to use at first but they changed the locks during our stay, thankfully. The apartment was spacious and clean. The terrace was a great feature. However, there is a night club down the street, the Space Club, which is open 11:45pm-4am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The liud music and drunk people yelling and screaming all night really disturbed our sleep 3 nights. This is not Monika's fault, obviously, but its something to be aware of if planning to stay on those days of the week. Otherwise, we really enjoyed staying there. It's a really cute apartment.

Noisy street and building
Very noisy and also horrible smell in the bathroom. Cobwebs on the lamps. Great location and terrace is good. Very comfortable. Lots of partying both in the building and outside around midnight until 2am.

Disappointed
Definitely didn’t start off the in the right foot. Had a very hard time finding the key box and when I called the property manager she was incredibly rude and honestly felt like she was yelling at me. Then the apartment smelled so bad we were all nauseous and had to sleep with every window and door open. Which was challenging due to a club being near by there were people loud outside until 5am. The WiFi didn’t work. The floor was dirty. The patio furniture was covered in bugs. No soap so don’t use the dishes or wash your hands. But at least the sheets and towels were clean I guess.
Un séjour magnifique! Une terrasse très agréable. L’appartement est au 4ieme étage mais le calme et la terrasse seront votre récompense
Nous y reviendrons volontiers
Ciao!
Via Palazzuolo is a long street in the center of Florence parallel to the Arno river from Piazza Ognissanti to Prato. The street was an arterial road of a housing district very rich in religious architectures and devotional signs like tabernacles. It is an area characterized by the presence of tipical restaurants, and wine shops.
