Thank you for your review! We’re so happy you enjoyed the fantastic location and the courtyard. We also appreciate your note about the loft stairs — that’s very helpful feedback for families traveling with young children. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!
Excellent location and walkable to sights! The first floor bedroom needs a new mattress and pillows along with a new headboard and bedding. Also when staying more than 2 nights ( we stayed 4 nights) two bath towels per person should be supplied ( not one per person for 4 nights) otherwise we enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and your stay.
We appreciate your suggestions regarding the bedding and towels and will take them into consideration to improve comfort for future guests. We usually leave a set of two towels per person, so we will understand what went wrong.
We hope to welcome you again soon!
We had an amazing stay. The property was exactly as we expected. I was with my 6 and 7 year old daughters and my mother in my 60s and it fit us perfectly. Everything was nice and clean and easy and to access. The apartment was gorgeous and literally no more than a 15 minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to go. It was safe and management was very responsive when we needed. The only minor issue we had was we could not use the toaster. Whenever we tried, the power would cut out but management was very responsive and we had the power taken care of very quickly. It was very hot to sleep upstairs but we couldn’t turn the heater off without leaving those downstairs to be cold. Overall, it was an amazing experience and stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in beautiful Florence!!!The VRBO was very nice. The location was perfect! The apartment was well equipped and the owner was more than happy to assist us. The garden area out back was very peaceful and relaxing after a busy day. It was great to have a washer on premises (although there was no dryer?) We were able to stroll the streets of Florence, see the Galleries and enjoy the amazing food Our trip was amazing!
Great location and accommodations. Loved our stay.

Great location, easy access to Duomo, other down town locations, and tram station. Quiet street close to everything. (Shared courtyard, although no one ended up using it while we were there.)
Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the apartment and location. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would be happy to host you again anytime!
We had a lovely time staying here. What an incredible setting being a couple minutes walk from a lively street with lots of places to eat and drink that leads you to the Duomo. The courtyard was like a little oasis.Only criticism was the lack of working plugs to charge phones.
Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable in this quiet apartment with a cute terrace. It was in the heart of old Florence, which put us within walking distance of everything.
This apartment was convenient and quiet. Having a washing machine was a bonus! We couldn't take advantage of the garden because of the rain. Unfortunately, there is very little natural light in the apartment so it felt a little gloomy (photos are misleading).
The perfect home base for our Florentine adventure! Walkable to attractions and amenities while also quiet and comfortable. Handy laundry machine, nicely outfitted kitchen.
Up the block from Bistrot Damiano (delightful sandwiches and host).
Eduardo and his team were very prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Florence!
