About this property

The Bartaline hut

The apartment is located inside our farm 1 km from Panzano. It is newly renovated and well cared for in detail, comfortable and bright, suitable for any type of stay.
Breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills.
The apartment is on two floors. At the entrance there is a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a beautiful and bright double bedroom as well as a mezzanine (relaxation area). The third bed is available on the ground floor.
The roof houses an outdoor table where you can eat or quietly enjoy the wonderful panorama and the beautiful sunsets typical of Panzano.
Perfect place to spend moments of peace and serenity in front of a good glass of wine of our production.
Ideal location for nature lovers without sacrificing the convenience of shops, restaurants and shops that are located in Panzano about 1 km away. Pleasant to get there on foot.
The garden is very large and is shared with other apartments.
It is possible to use the barbeque.
The apartment has free parking.
A vegetable garden we cultivate is available to guests.

Perfekter Ort zur Erholung

Es ist der perfekte Ort zum erholen. Man ist mitten in der Natur und doch nicht komplett von dem malerischen Dorf Panzano entfernt. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was notwendig ist. Es war unglaublich sauber, auch drumherum das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Es gibt rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Der Eigentümer und die weiteren Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, höflich und immer bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Es sind zwei weitere Ferienunterkünfte auf dem Grundstück und durch die Aufteilung der Liegemöglichkeiten, ist man trotzdem für sich und die Gäste haben trotzdem jeder seine Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
