Great Place for a holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The House is great, has A/C and a beautiful view. The owner is super nice and super friendly. We can only recommend this place!

Perfect holiday apartment

After a busy 2 weeks exploring Italy, this was the perfect end to our holiday. After a warm welcome from Laura, we (my husband, daughter 15, son 12 and sister in law (no age given) started our last 3 days of relaxation. Beautiful location, excellent accommadation, well equipped and clean. The pool provided my family with hours of fun and kept us cool. Florence was only 30 minutes away by car. There are a few convienenence stores in San Polo that provided us with our needs and also a good Trattoria with a friendly atmosphere. The welcome pack from Laura was gratefully received especially the Vino. We will love to return to Mezzalle next year and have already recommended this property to friends.

Maison au milieu de la campagne Toscane, le calme et la grande piscine sont très appréciables. Laura, qui parle très bien français, nous a bien accueilli avec des produits locaux, elle est réactive et disponible et de bons conseils. L’appartement est typique avec tout le confort nécessaire.

La maison de Laura est magnifique et charmante, perchée dans les vignes et les oliviers. Le chemin pour y arriver est étonnant la première fois mais on s’y fait vite ! Un panier avec des produits locaux nous attendait à notre arrivée et c’était délicieux ! Nous avons apprécié la superbe terrasse et surtout la piscine salée qui était incroyable ! Laura était très réactive aux messages.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr ruhig, wunderschöne Natur und Aussicht vom Garten aus. Schattenplätzchen vorhanden. Alles einfach, aber sehr sauber, gut ausgerüstet und geräumig. Es besteht eine kurze Anfahrt über Schotterstrasse und enge steile Gassen. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung und der recht große Pool in der Nähe des Apartments waren bei der Hitze sehr angenehm.Laura war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un coin de paradis

Un véritable coup de coeur ! La maison se trouve sur les hauteurs et offre une vue incroyable le village est plein de charme et a seulement 5 minutes de la maison en voiture. Laura notre hôte est exeptionnelle ! Elle est disponible, a l'écoute et attentionnée. Je conseille vraiment !

Au coeur du Chianti

Accueil très agréable de Laura dans son logement isolé au coeur du magnifique Chianti. Idéal pour profiter du calme de la région avec son jardin et sa piscine, le logement est situé dans un décor incroyable et authentique seulement à 30 min de Florence !

Un havre de paix en Toscane

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans ce joli hameau toscan. Après des journées passées à visiter Florence, Sienne et toutes les belles choses à faire et à voir dans la région, nous étions ravis de retrouver notre petite maison d’une semaine et la magnifique piscine rafraîchissante et apaisante ! Le petit jardin est un vrai plus pour rallonger la soirée autour d’un verre… Merci à Laura pour sa gentillesse et son accompagnement et à Pietro, qui se débrouille admirablement bien tout seul en aidant toujours de son mieux !😜

Sehr schöne und erholsame Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat einen tollen Garten mit schöner Aussicht und ist wunderbar geeignet sich zu erholen. Wir haben einen Teil der Zeit von dort gearbeitet, was relativ gut funktioniert hat. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Internet jedoch nicht immer ganz stabil, aber zur Not kann man auch einfach mal einen Tagespass für mobile Daten dazubuchen. Man muss sich darauf einstellen viel mit dem Auto zu fahren, aber dafür wird man mit einer fantastischen Ruhe belohnt. Tipp: Wer nach Florenz will, sollte am besten mit dem Auto zu einem der sehr günstigen Park & Ride Parkplätze fahren und mit der Tram in die Stadt fahren. Die ersten beiden Male haben wir den Bus genommen und mussten bei der Rückfahrt eine gute Stunde warten, bis dann zufällig doch mal wieder ein Bus gekommen ist.

Idyllische Lage

Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das charmante kleine Appartement mit schönem umzäunten Garten liegt in eingebettet in wunderbarer Landschaft, ein toller Pool ist vorhanden, wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Merveilleux séjour Toscan

Un super séjour Toscan chez Laura, sa gentillesse, ses conseils, son gîte sont exceptionnels. Melograno est vraiment tranquille avec 2 espaces bien distincts, idéal en famille. Le chemin pour accéder à la propriété de Laura peut surprendre la 1ere fois mais après, doucement, il se fait avec plaisir. Vous êtes au coeur de tout pour visiter un large choix de villes (Florence, Sienne ...) et villages (Grève, Figline...). La piscine salée de Laura, avec vue sur les collines, est top, grande pour se défouler et se rafraîchir. La chaleur est supportable sans problème grâce à cette dernière et a la climatisation. Le village de San Polo, juste en bas de la résidence de Laura, a tout ce dont on a besoin : bonne trattoria, pharmacie, coop, banque, poste. Allez y les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez un agriturismo tranquille, agréable et sympathique grâce à Laura, à Sandro. Nous avons eu la chance de partager la piscine avec une autre famille superbe. De beaux souvenirs et de belles rencontres. On reviendra !

Tolle Unterkunft in den Chiantibergen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Laura hat uns herzlichst begrüßt, mit leckeren Pfirsichen und frischen Eiern beglückt und uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir benötigten. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft, einsam und mitten im Chianti gelegen. Der Pool war besonders für unsere Kinder, aber auch für uns super. Danke Laura, für die schöne Zeit.

Een fantastische plek

Een kleine studio, alles in één ruimte. Heel makkelijk. Prima comfort, weinig luxe. Voor ons was het geweldig. Laura onze gastvrouw was fantastisch zo behulpzaam en attent. Een 10 met een griffel. Alles midden in de natuur, precies waar wij dol op zijn.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement avec jardin de Laura, celui-ci est situé à 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Florence. Laura nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour pour répondre à nos diverses questions et demandes. A notre arrivée, des biscuits, petits pots de miel et confitures étaient présents sur la table de la cuisine. Un régal ! =D Nous l'a remercions pour ce lieu dépaysant et ressourçant, ce fût un réel plaisir et surtout beaucoup de souvenirs en tête dont la demande en mariage par mon compagnon ! Je recommande =)

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in San Polo

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub mit viel Zeit für Kinder, unseren jungen Hund und ein paar Ausflüge. Die Wohnung ist ca. 5-6 Autominuten von der Zivilisation entfernt, dafür mit toller Hanglage und einem traumhaften Garten (flach eingezäunt, hilfreich für Hundebesitzer, aber nicht störend). Der Pool ist ebenfalls wunderschön am Waldrand gelegen und erlaubte es uns sogar aufgrund seiner Länge, sportlich Bahnen zu schwimmen. Diesen hatten wir während unseres gesamten Urlaubs für uns alleine. Laura ist darüber hinaus ein fantastische Gastgeberin und reagierte immer total freundlich und schnell. Einziger negativer Aspekt waren Bremsen (Ende August), die bei sportlichen Aktivitäten im Wald etwas nervig waren. Wir vermuten aber, dass dies aufgrund des feuchten Frühjahres eine Sondersituation war, die auch die gesamte Toskana betroffen hat. Im Garten waren sie jedoch nie. Ein gutes Insektenspray im Gepäck kann aber trotzdem nicht schaden. Danke, Laura, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Urlaub in San Polo in der Ferienwohnung von Laura Batistelli

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt abseits der Ortschaft mit einem herrlichen Blick über Olivenhaine und die umliegenden Hügel. Uns stand ein Garten zur Verfügung, was besonders mit Hund sehr praktisch war. Ganz besonders schön ist der Pool, der den Gästen von Laura zur Verfügung steht. Laura selbst war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die uns mit sehr guten Tipps versorgt hat, was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Heinrich und Sabine Mödinger

Lovely, peaceful break

We had a lovely 5 night stay at Laura’s place. It is a beautiful, tranquil spot and a welcome, homely retreat from city life. Very well located for visiting local towns (we did day trips to Siena and Firenze) and the pool located in the grounds of the apartment is sparklingly clean, cool and heavenly. The views are stunning and the kids loved stargazing at night. The apartment is well equipped for preparing simple meals and the local Co-op in San Polo had a good selection. Laura kindly gave us delicious homegrown tomatoes too, and local honey and olive oil. All in all, highly recommended!

Calme et beauté au coeur du Chianti

Voilà un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, un calme incroyable, propriété au coeur de la nature, isolé, les nuits étoilés sont donc un spectacle ! A une heure environ de pise, sienne, arezzo, volterra et silloner les jolies collines du chianti. Le logement est conforme, bonne literie, 2 sdb hyper pratiques les enfants avaient la leur ! La piscine est fantastique, un lieu privilégié ! Nous avons aimés les attentions à l'arrivée et pendant le séjour de Laura, bref tput était parfait. Pr les courses un coop à 10min, pratique. On recommande grandement pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme.

Super schön

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt bei Laura. 😉. Eine super schöne toskanische Wohneinheit wo wir als Erwachsene und unsere Kinder Ihren Raum hatten. Unser Empfang war Mega toll, danke für die Leckereien, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Der Pool war super sauber und wir hatten ihn für uns ganz allein. Traumhafte Ferien in einer traumhaften Landschaft. Sehr zu empfehlen, da absolute Ruhe und kein Autolärm in der Nähe.

Un petit paradis de Toscane

la Toscane est une région merveilleuse où tout est beauté. La location proposée par Laura est un petit coin de paradis nichée au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Nous avons énormément apprécié le cadre, le jardin et la piscine qui venait clôturer nos belles journées de visites. Laura est de très bons conseils et vous accueillera magnifiquement bien. A ne pas manquer !
