In the hamlet Borgo La Cella 2 km from the centre of Pian di Scò, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, 45 km from the centre of Arezzo, in an elevated position on a slope. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 300 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 230 cm. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 10 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
3-room semi-detached house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/WC. We had a wonderfull time. Grea...

We had a wonderfull time. Great view, pool to cool off after a long day. Very quiet and relaxing. Bring Bug spray, mosquitoes were very friendly. Our host and his family were great. Reisetipps: From this house take the train to Florence. Fast and lessstressfull. Book museum tickets online days in advance, lines for Uffizzi Gallery were more then 2–3 hour wait.

Geweldige plek vlak bij de mooie stad Arezzo. Veel rust en toch op korte afstand van voorzieningen en mooie bezienswaardigheden. Het huisje is in goede staat en schoon. De host is communicatief en behulpzaam. Voor herhaling vatbaar en zeer aan te raden.

Schönes Haus ruhig gelegen

Schönes altes kleines Haus im toskanischen Stil, alles Sauber und Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider sind hier in dieser abgelegenen Gegend so viele Steckmücken und am sauberen und großen Pool so viele Bremsen dass es immer eine Herausforderung war zu baden. Ohne Mückenspray geht gar nichts. Leider das einzige Manko.

Hervorragende Unterkunft mit sehr gemütlichen Aussenbereich und Küche, überkomplett ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden !! A. der Vermieter ist ein höflicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Der blühende Lavendel, die Schmetterlinge, Salbei, Rosmarin und Basilikum verhelfen einem ganz schnell zu entspannen.

Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Florenz und Arezzo sind innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar. Pool top, wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Während Corona hatte jede Familie Ihren Bereich. Küche super ausgestattet. Kinder hatten getrennte Betten und zusätzlich ein Doppelbett für die Eltern. Nicht ausgelegen oder ähnliches. Die Zufahrt war das einzige bei dem meine Frau die Augen zugemacht hat. Die war eng - aber machbar für normale Autos, damit meine ich nicht nur italienische designte für enge Str.

Borgo La Cella è un appartamento accogliente e arredato con cura . La cucina è molto ben attrezzata. La piscina è pulitissima, ogni appartamento dispone di sedie sdraio e lettini a bordo piscina, il giardino é profumato di lavanda e rosmarino. La veranda, arredata con tavolo sedie e parasole, offre una magnifica vista sul girdino, la piscina e le colline.

Endroit magique

La propriété est une ancienne ferme convertie en plusieurs logements de vacances. Le propriétaire habitant les lieux est gentil, discret et très serviable. L'ensemble est très soigné et particulièrement propre avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. La piscine partagée est un gros plus pour les journées chaudes. Un lieu idéal pour une semaine de vacances et découverte de la Toscane, on recommande sans hésiter.

Séjour et adresse

Le séjour s'est bien passé, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à trouver le gite. Il faudrait préciser que c'est près de Casabiando, et que le nom du gite est inscrit sur une pancarte en bois, et qu'une maison aux volets verts fait le coin. Propriétaire très gentil, et endroit calme.

Es war eine herrliche Zeit dor...

Es war eine herrliche Zeit dort. Als wir angekommen sind hat der Gastgeber ... uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch während des Aufenthalts immer bei allen Fragen und Hilfe zur Seite gestanden. Der Gastgeber spricht sehr angenehmes Deutsch und kennt die Umgebung sehr gut. Die saubere Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und regional eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts für den normalen Alltag. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Liegen und Stühle laden zum verweilen ein. Der Garten ist sehr sauber und der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Von der großen Terrasse, wo Stühle und Tisch mit Sonnenschirm parat stehen, hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Dörfer im Tal und die Berge. Ein Spazierweg kann direkt direkt am Haus gestartet werden und verläuft durch die typischen Olivenplantagen, Wald und an Wasserfällen vorbei. Ein Carfour und ein Lidl sind in Pain di Sco schnell zu erreichen. Dort bekommt man alles. Auch leckere Restaurants sind im Ort zu finden. Reisetipps: Firenze liegt 40 Minuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt und lohnt sich immer. Nördlich von Firenze ist ein Badesee zu finden. Arezzo hat jeden ersten Montag im Monat einen riesigen Floh– und Antikmarkt. Alle Chianti–Dörfer haben eine Vielzahl von tollen Eindrücke für Hobby–Fotografen und ist unweit von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Die Zufahrt ist nicht ganz ein...

Die Zufahrt ist nicht ganz einfach, aber schaffbar. Absolut schön und ruhig gelegen. Ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. gute Betreuung vor Ort. Besonders schön mit Kindern. Tolles Schwimmbad und rundum viel Platz. Nur noch ein Apartment. Somit hatten wir fast alles für uns alleine Reisetipps: Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen. Nach Florenz ist recht nah.

Erholung pur, gepflegtes, saub...

Erholung pur, gepflegtes, sauberes Ferienhaus und eine für Italien sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Ferienhäuser und der Pool sind von einem wunderschönen naturnahem Garten umgeben. Es duftet nach Lavendel, Basilikum... .Von der Terasse schaut man in einen Olivenhain oder auf bewaldete Hügel. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und helfen jeder Zeit mit Tips. Reisetipps: Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Florenz, Arezzo... .Ein Auto ist dringend nötig!

Wunderschöner Pool, sehr nette...

Wunderschöner Pool, sehr netter, aber auch zurückhaltender Vermieter wohnt im Haus daneben, (Zugang über seine Terrasse, aber völlig unproblematisch). Gute Küchenausstattung, Mückengitter vorhanden, Bad ist etwas klein, im Haus ist es relativ dunkel. Wirhaben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vom Vermieter prima Tipps bekommen.
