Nonna Ninì holiday home

Cozy and romantic apartment in the heart of Chianti. Set among rolling hills covered with vineyards, it enjoys a private and quiet location just a short drive from the center of Greve in Chianti. Furthermore the house is halfway between Florence and Siena.

The house, where my grandparents once lived (grandmother Ninì and grandfather Enrico), has been completely restored maintaining the rustic and warm charm of the countryside; it includes a large kitchen, a comfortable living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a delightful 'reading corner' next to a panoramic window.

The apartment has a free parking space and wi-fi service.



The house is surrounded by wonderful hills, just a few minutes by car from the center of Greve in Chianti. The house, which has been renovated in a rustic style typical of the Tuscan countryside. The house consists of a large kitchen, a cozy living-room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a reading area with panoramic views of the local area. Free WIFI and parking are included in the price.

An ideal cottage to visit Firenze and the Chianti vineyards

We had a great stay in this beautiful traditional Tuscan house.The cottage is ideally located near a bus station that allows you to go easily to Firenze.Giulia has given us all the necessary information for our arrival and departure.It was a great pleasure to come and stay in his house.

Charming Cottage in Chianti

The property was spacious and very comfortable. It was also true to the pictures. Giulia was extremely accommodating to my family member’s needs and made herself available when needed. When we booked this property we thought that there were two full bathrooms, not 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, however it worked out well.

Tolle Wohnung und Lage

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz Sienna Das ländliche Chianti mit seinen unzähligen Weingütern und interessanten Dörfern Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, toll renoviert, viel Platz zum Essen, kochen, schlafen. Einziger Schwachpunkt, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen oder zu essen und das Haus liegt an der Straße von Florenz nach Sienna. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Verwalterin war ständig erreichbar und hätte bei allen Problemen geholfen, wenn es denn welche gegeben hätte.
