Peaceful

Beautiful, quiet place to just chill after the hustle and bustle of the city! Lots of places to explore by car, lots of places to eat. Had the resident cat come and greet us. Sylvia and Filippo were great hosts. I would definitely come again.

Gem in Tuscany

This property was one of those surprising gems you come across every now and again in your travels. Nestled in rural Tuscany it is quaint, quiet and beautiful. The hosts were there to greet us and to give us a tour. They were also very helpful pointing the way to find groceries and easy access to Florence. The team into Firenze is only a 15 minute drive away. We will be recommending this property to friends and family.

Calme, sérénité, cadre superbe!

Une location à taille humaine! 3 locations max sur la propriété et ça, c est tres appréciable ! Pas trop loin de Florenence, Pise etc. La location en elle même est parfaite! Piscine excellentes, juste bemol, mais.pour la region: les moustiques... on n est jamais assez préparé à leursss piqûres !!! Sinon tout etait parfait!

Alles super - gerne wieder

Bis auf ganz wenige Kleinigkeiten hat nicht gefehlt oder war nicht perfekt. Als Ausgleich für den Feldweg als Anfahrt ist man dort fast am Ende der Straße und somit fast alleine. Die Aussicht auf die Weinberge und die Ruhe toll. Die Verkehrsverbindung ist ebenfalls super. 30 Minuten nach Florenz oder ca. 60 Minuten nach Pisa, Livorno oder auch Sienna sind auch vorteilhaft. Die Kommunikation kann auf Englisch erfolgen und ist gut und schnell. Auch die Ratschläge zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder Hinweise für den Besuch von Florenz waren sehr gut und hilfreich. Der hervorragend gepflegte Garten läd am Abend zum langen verweilen auf der Terrasse ein. Die bisherigen sehr guten Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen.

Goede uitvalsbasis

Na wat getelefoneer op bestemming geraakt. Weg ernaartoe eerder voor 4x4 wagens. Huisje op zich OK. Bij navraag over zwembad kregen we te horen dat 1. de pomp kapot was, 2. het zwembad nog niet open was (alhoewel dit niet bij de advertentie stond) en 3. het een paar dagen ervoor maar 10 graden was. Gevraagd naar een compensatie maar die niet gekregen. Integendeel, toen ik daar een tweede keer naar vroeg kreeg ik van de eigenaar de opmerking dat ik onbeschoft was en al zeker nadat hij een probleem met de inductieplaat had opgelost (hij schreef dat hij daarvoor niet betaald werd ...) Uiteindelijk betaald voor een huisje met zwembad zonder gebruik te hebben kunnen maken van het zwembad. Voor alle duidelijkheid er is er één, maar de foto's op de advertentie komen niet met de werkelijkheid overeen.
