Our unique and special apartment is located in a heart of old Tbilisi, at the edge of the Presidential Palace, so guesting this apartment you automatically became a neighbor of the President of the country which means high level of security for you and your companions.

The apartment is within a 10-minute walk from the Freedom Squire and 5-minute walk from Tbilisi St. Trinity Cathedral. All historical sightseeing places of Tbilisi, as well as places for family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, restaurants are near and easy to access from this place.

Description of the Apartment

Individuality and uniqueness of this apartment will catch your eyes when you open the front door and see 19th century typical interior with new and fresh look. The house is a historical building which was built in 1860. It is 40 sq. flat with high ceiling, heating and cooling system, bathroom, kitchen area, one double bed and one single bed, Wi-Fi, availability of the parking of your vehicle at the apartment.

The apartment is ideal for couples, families with children and just friend.   

Guest Access

Guests will have a key of the apartment. We are flexible with check in times, we also can arrange for you an airport transfer. We will meet you at the apartment to give you the key.

Interaction with guests

We will be more than happy to assist our guests in everything they will need during their stay. We can give tips for places to visit, eat, etc. and provide additional services upon request. Our guests can call us anytime. We live and work in the same neighborhood and we’ll be happy to assist you.
