Situation:

-Located at the entrance to the village of Bief des Maisons (950 m above sea level), in a very quiet location with a lovely view of the countryside and the meadows.
-Large surfaces, doctors, pharmacies in Champagnole (20 min)
-Curiosities in the vicinity: fortified village of Nozeroy, site of the source of the Ain, Langouette gorges, Hérisson waterfalls, magnificent belvederes, forest of
Joux, land of lakes, Haut-Jura ...

Activities:

At the discretion of the G.R. and marked trails, on foot, by bike or on horseback, the many routes will delight all nature enthusiasts, according to their tastes and physical form. Stroll through the forests, browse the meadows carpeted with flowers, walk along the fields of cultivation, the vineyards, visit the picturesque villages or climb the summits of the Jura chain.
-Bathing in lakes (Ilay, Narlay, Chalain ...) or rivers
- White water sports (canoeing or canyoning ...)
-Fishing in the rivers of Ain or Lemme.
-Extreme sports: paragliding, hang gliding, ULM, climbing, via-ferrata and tree climbing.
-In winter there are many possible activities:
A few minutes from the cottage you can go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing for magnificent walks.
For skiing: the Foncine-le-Haut (15 min), Chaux-Neuve (20 min), Les Rousses and Métabief pistes
(50 min) await you.

Merveilleux séjour. Gîte des plus agréable qui respire le calme et l’amour de recevoir. J’ai adoré les boiseries, la déco. Un gîte qui a une âme et qui n’existe pas que pour de la location anonyme. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et adorables. Quel tristesse de rentrer.

Très belle expérience

Gîte aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et très bien entretenu. Tout y est, c’est confortable, on se sent chez soi. La région est propice à la détente et à la ballade dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. Très bon séjour grâce à l’accueil et à la gentillesse de Jacques et de son épouse que nous remercions chaleureusement.

propriétaire accueillant qui fourni de bonne adresse de ballades sur les environs, très compétent. Le gros point négatif chez Abritel est que vous êtes obligé de prendre la prestation de ménage. Pour ce point et uniquement ce point je pense que je vais voir d'autres organismes.

Le logement assez cosi nous convenait parfaitement. Confort complet, jusqu'au poêle à granules très facile d'emploi et efficace en rapidité pour réchauffer la maison. Les couettes sont à découvrir, le confort alliant la chaleur et l'esthétique et permettant de couper le chauffage pour la nuit ! Même une cafetière SENSEO est à notre disposition, faut le savoir car si pratique ! Le séjour un peu hivernal au début nous a permis de découvrir une région verdoyante et avec des cours d'eau très attrayants. A refaire !

Très bon accueil. La gite correspond à la description, très propre, bien conçu et bien agencé. De plus, il est idéalement situé pour visiter les différents sites. Une mention spéciale pour le lutin "conseils de visites" très complet préparé par M. Delacroix. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au Chant du Coq au Bief-des-Maisons.Très bon accueil de M Delacroix qui nous a donné de bonnes indications pour différentes visites et balades avec un plus pour la visite de la fruitière de Arsure-Arsurette. ( Le Comté !! ) Nous pensons que nous reviendrons dans cette superbe région ! Françoise et Yvan
