Spacious and bright cottage on the ground floor (the first floor is uninhabited) of a large house (around 100 m2). Restored in the 2000s, the interior offers cozy comfort while the exterior retains the authentic look of the old farmhouses, including a magnificent barn with exceptional architecture and typical details such as the door of the old oven. bread, the manual pump of the tank ..
A sheltered terrace as well as an enclosed courtyard (approximately 400m2) and a garden at the back of the house (approximately 500m2) allow you to take meals outside but also to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility and privacy. The open spaces of the old barn have been converted into play areas (table tennis, table football), it is also possible to take meals near the barbecue.
Four bikes are at your disposal
Ideal holiday location for a family in a quiet environment (the cottage is located in a very small hamlet) conducive to rest.
You can also enjoy a fishing and picnic area in a green area located by the river 10 minutes walk from the cottage.
Ideally located for visiting the exceptional sites of the region: St Cirq Lapopie (4kms), Cénevières castle, Pech Merle caves, Cahors, Figeac ....; but also to enjoy the peace and nature recreation: hiking, supervised swimming in the river, fishing, canoeing, river cruises ...

    Le temps nous a permis de randonner les 4 premiers jours. Très beaux paysages mais les sentiers ne sont pas entretenus dommage. Visite de St cirq Lapopie très touristique mais très joli. Chemin de halage le long du Lot là aussi une grande partie sur le goudron

    séjour en Quercy

    Le lieu est central par rapport au différents sites touristiques de la région. Les circuits pédestres sont assez escarpés dans le coin, de quoi satisfaire tous les styles de marche. Le ciel bleu sur le site web de présentation était bien là, bien que de temps en temps quelques moutonnements blancs étaient là pour nous rappeler que la région était propice à l'élevage ovin.

    Grande et jolie maison très bien équipée

    Jolie maison de campagne, aménagée avec goût qui marie l'ancien et le moderne. Beaucoup d'espace intérieur et extérieur. Un équipement complet. Des hôtes accueillants et disponibles. Parfaitement adapté pour hébergement d'un groupe de 10 personnes ce qui fut notre cas.

    Avis général: très bien . Location spacieuse pour 10adultes , élégante . Super petit salon pour s'isoler à la lecture ou aux jeux de société. Belles chambres avec salle d'eau individuelles. Joli extérieur . Bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

    Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec attention et gentillesse dans leur gîte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 4 enfants qui ont adoré le baby-foot et la table de ping-pong. Le jardin est soigné et le ménage du gîte était impeccable à notre arrivée. Nous avons pu profiter facilement de quelques pépites de la région: le château de Cénevières, Saint-Cirq Lapopie, le gouffre de Padirac... Adresse à recommander!

    Maison parfaite pour passer un séjour reposant, au calme parmi la nature et les oiseaux. Il ne manque rien, les propriétaires sont charmants et pleins d'attentions pour leurs résidents, je recommande tout en insistant sur le qualificatif de calme, pour ceux qui souhaiteraient un peu d'animation le lieu ne s'y prête pas, pour les autres c'est parfait.

    Großes Haus in ruhiger Lage im schönen Lottal

    Haus und Grundstück sind groß und liegen in einem kleinen Dorf in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mehrfach leckeres Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau geschenkt. Der Ort ist günstig gelegen für Ausflüge, z.B. St-Cirq-Lapopie, Lottal, Célétal, diverse Orte und Wanderwege, Rocamadour etc. Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man selbst mitbringen, ebenso z.B. Klopapier (da gehören 2 Rollen Vorrat eigentlich schon zum Service). Es gab 3 Fahrräder, die aber alle nicht fahrbereit waren, und die Luftpumpe funktionierte auch nicht . Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen.
