About this property

The residences are three residential units, two pajare and one lamia, independent, complete with equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The CAMI residence is the medium-sized accommodation, 60sqm.
Developed on 2 floors, it has on p. land of a. kitchen, bathroom and single room with two double sofa beds.
On the first floor there is a single 3-seater bed. You enter the floor with a vertical staircase, the room is about 2m high

The property is located on a natural plateau surrounded by an olive grove of one hectare, at a distance of about 300 meters from the sea.
A swimming pool, barbeque, screen with film projection, bicycles and an extensive vegetable garden are available for guests to collect the delicacies of the season.
Guests will be provided with sheets / blankets and towels for the bathroom.
The use of barbeque and washing machine is included.
The Dunes do not have fences that delimit the property, for this reason, animals cannot be accommodated.

It's on two levels, on the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen with bathroom and open plan living area with two double sofa beds.
On the first floor, you will find a king bed and you can access via a charming wooden ladder and headroom is around 2mt.

The Dune have no fences that surround the property, for that reason, we cannot accommodate pets.

incredible perfect little trulli house with amazing pool and huge garden!!

antonio was so communicative and helpful the property feels like it is in the middle of nowhere!! it is down a long bumpy track and then you turn the corner and wow!! down a huge avenue of olive trees..the property is immaculate and cool, like a little hobbit hole with a lovely outside seating area , the pool is amazing, clean and cool, fun and relaxing altho i dont quite know how the projector screen worked!!and vegetables to pick too!! everyone was very friendly!! it is near to the lovely town of campomarino with food and gelato and a short cycle to the beach, the beach is sandy and covered in lovely shells we had so much fun with our 5 children!! we want to come again and hope one day to do this!!please look after bunny if you find him!! thankyou!!
