Casa Azzurra: beautiful apartment a few meters from the sea in S. Lorenzo

Casa Azzurra is a delightful two-room attic apartment in San Lorenzo al Mare (IM) just a few meters from the sea. San Lorenzo is a splendid Ligurian village overlooking the sea, with the typical colorful fishermen's houses, protected behind by the mountains that guarantee a mild climate all year round. The apartment is suitable for both families and those looking for a romantic vacation.

The house consists of a large living area that serves as a dining room and living room with a brand new double sofa bed with a generously sized mattress. The kitchen (small but super-equipped), 1 bathroom with shower and bidet, 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Sheets and towels available on request.
The house is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Plates, glasses, pots and pans and dishes recently purchased. An iron and ironing board are also available, as well as a 43-inch Samsung LCD Smart TV. The entire apartment has a modern air conditioning system. The Wi-Fi internet connection is free.

The apartment is located in a beautiful setting with public greenery right below the house. It has free condominium parking until exhaustion. At the moment the private garage is not available as extraordinary works were necessary but it can be used to store beach equipment and bicycles. There are two large balconies not fully usable in height because being an attic the roof limits external access. A few meters from the house you can find a mini-market, public gardens with games for children.
Furthermore, always in the immediate vicinity, you can take advantage of the splendid cycle path almost 27 kilometers long and that from Borgo Prino reaches Ospedaletti. You can travel this path on foot or by bike and whichever way you choose you will receive a unique emotion as a gift ... The sea and the roar of the waves on one side, the uncontaminated nature on the other, together create a setting that cannot be found in any other cycle path in Italy.
Furthermore, the French border is really just a stone's throw away... Menton, Nice, Monte Carlo are definitely worth a visit.
