Beautiful house located in the heart of Cambrils, surrounded by all kinds of shops and a few meters from Paseo de Cambrils, the Marina and Paya.
It is a three-storey house, newly refurbished.
The house is in the first avocado, composed of a large bright and cozy living room with modern decor, a large fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom, 4 bedrooms very spacious with a nice and different decor in each room.
The housing is adapted for max 12 people comfortably.
On the second floor is a terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors and laundry area.
This house is ideal for groups of friends or families. I did not need the car for anything because all places of interest ESAT
