Walking out of the apartment you are in one of the nicest areas of Athens, with the most important sights within few meters reach and a breath away from Plaka, where the traditional and picturesque Athens is kept alive. The apartment is on the second floor.

In the neighborhood there are cofee shops, bars, mini markets, souvlaki places, restaurants and of cource the magnificent Acropolis and Acropolis museum in less than 5' walking distance. The main Syntagma square is 10' walking distance, the national garden of Athens in 7' walking distance. My favourite jazz bar is just around the corner while on the other corner you can get the best greek yoghurt smoothie in town.


The house is conveniently located 80 meters from the Metro station Acropolis, 20 meters from Syggrou Avenue, which has taxis and buses passing by all the time. Getting around will be the least that you should worry about staying in this location!

The neighborhood

Its the best neighbourhood in Athens, has everything you need just few meters away - metro, mini market, restaurant, bars, coffee shops etc BUT at the same time you are in the most picturesque neighbourhood in Athens, you can have the best walks overlooking the Parthenon, shop traditional items from the stores around, visit the Acropolis and its museum every day if you want since its less than 100 meters from the house! My favourite jazz bar is just around the corner while on the other corner you can get the best greek yoghurt smoothie in town
