Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft bei Übergabe sauber. Jedoch stellte sich heraus, dass dort einige Arbeiten zur Reparatur anstehen. Der defekte Geschirrspüler war extrem ärgerlich, da dadurch viel Zeit verschwendet wurde. 1. Die Klimaanlage auf der rechten Seite schafft es nicht, den Raum genug abzukühlen 2. Die Kaffeemaschine dauert mindestens eine Stunde, bis der Krug voll ist. 3. Keine Pizzaschaufel (Der Pizzaofen war ein Grund, diesen Ort zu buchen) 4. Fehlende Auflagen für Liegen 5. Kein Sonnenschirme 6. Zerbrochene Stühle 7. Schiebetür defekt 8. Das Glasdach der Terrasse ist verschoben (Regen kommt durch) 9. Defekter Geschirrspüler (Zeitverschwendung) 10. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war zu gering 11. Kühlschrank in der Küche kühlt nicht ordentlich

We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald. Ook wanneer we vragen hadden voor ons vertrek, werden we direct geholpen via mail. Het verblijf was dik in orden en alles was heel proper. Het verwarmde zwembad was super en werd zelf gereinigd toen we er waren. De ligging was ideaal. Alles was dichtbij en we hoefden niet steeds ver te rijden. Een echte aanrader. We hebben rustig kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. Toch 1 minpuntje : er waren verschrikkelijk veel muggen, we kregen wel van de eigenaar een middeltje tegen de muggen (spiraal), waardoor we toch nog ‘s avonds buiten konden zitten.

Bei der Ankunft hat alles super geklappt. Schlüsselübergabe, Hausführung. Die Hausverwalterin war sehr nett, freundlich und immer bemüht zu helfen. Haben viele gute Tips, was man machen kann und wohin man Essen gehen kann, bekommen. Das Haus ist für einen Familienurlaub, auch mit Hund, sehr geeignet, da vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. Der Pool ist groß und liegt in einem wunderschönen, liebevoll angelegten Garten. Es gibt sehr viele Obstbäume (Feigen, Granatäpfel, Kiwi..) und man darf alles essen was am Baum hängt. Einziger Nachteil ist die Mückenplage.. Also viel Mückenspray mitnehmen. Und wenn man am Abend Essen gehen mag, Novigrad ist nur 6 km entfert. Novigrad hat eine schöne Hafenpromenade und eine nette Altstadt mit Fußgängerzone. Am Abend gibt es um den Hafen jede Menge Essensstände z.B. frische Muscheln, Fisch, Scampi, Cocktails, Bier etc.. und Musik. Rovinj und Porec sind ca. 30 km weit weg und lohnenswert zu sehen. Ich komme sicher wieder.
