Entsprach nicht genau dem Gebucht, war aber dann ganz schön

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren beiden Kindern und den Großeltern unterwegs. Gebucht hatten wir diese Unterkunft, da in der Beschreibung stand, dass sie nur 2 Gehminuten zum Hafen liegt. Da beide Großeltern nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind und wir uns erhofft hatten, somit das Auto mal eine Woche stehen zu lassen, erschien uns diese Unterkunft perfekt. Kurz vor der Reise viel uns jedoch auf, dass die Beschreibung des Vermieters nicht mir der Lage im Inserat übereinstimme. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung (mit vielen Neubauprojekten) etwas außerhalb. Es sind zwar nur 5. Autominuten an den Strand und die Stadt, aber dennoch konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht wie geplant gestalten. Der Fehler wurde im Inserat nach unserer Kontakaufnahme mit FeWo korrigiert. Das Haus an sich ist schön und überwiegend sauber gewesen. Wir hatten in der Unterkunft eine gute Zeit, auch wenn die gleich zu Beginn die Klimaanlage repariert bzw. eher gewartet werden musste. Die Vermieter konnten zum Glück sehr kurzfristig einen Techniker organisieren, allerdings hätten diese Arbeiten unserer Meinung nach auch außerhalb einer Vermietung in Auftrag gegeben werden können. Der Techniker war ca. 3 Stunden überwiegend mit der Wartung bzw. Reinigung der Klimageräte beschäftigt.

While this house is less than 2 kms from the Istrian seaside, and is also less than 2 kms from the old town of Novigrad, the neighbourhood itself is a quiet and peaceful oasis of relaxation. It is ideal for those families looking to relax quietly from the hustle and bustle of the town or seaside.

Safety Notice

The private pool located in the garden is to be accessed via the stairs only. Due to safety concerns, there is no jumping or diving into the pool at all. The stairs must be used to enter and exit the pool.

This very large and spacious house offers 4 large bedrooms, and 3 gracious bathrooms for the accomodation of 8 people. In addition, there are 2 large terraces with views of the Adriatic Sea, there is a poolside patio with sun loungers, and there is an outdoor dining area with summer kitchen.
This grand house is ideal for one large family or two families to share - to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this neighbourhood, that is very close both to the sea and to the town of Novigrad.
