Luxury Villa Itea invites you to a dream vacation in the fairytale town of Vabriga on the northwest coast of Istria.
Villa Itea covers an area of 180 m² and is built in a contemporary style with contrasting surfaces of minimalist design, offering accommodation for up to 8 people. Of a total of 4 bedrooms with ensuite fully equipped bathrooms, one is located on the ground floor, and the other three on the upper floor of the villa. A washing machine and ironing board are at your disposal. Each room has its own private terrace with a view of the greenery and untouched nature.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room featuring a corner sofa, coffee table, fireplace, PlayStation, and board games.
Outside, on the villa’s terrace, you'll find a beautiful 26 m² pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, including a hydromassage area on one side. There are 8 sun loungers around the pool, as well as an outdoor dining table and barbecue area.
Villa Itea also offers a variety of entertainment facilities, including bicycles and electric scooters available free of charge.
