In a beautiful Istrian village Tar on a hill close to Novigrad and Porec you will find this amazing villa with pool. In this little village Tar you can find nice local restaurants, coffee shops and markets. Sea and wonderful beaches are only 2.5 km away.
This beautifully decorated villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Its carefully selected interior provides a sense of comfort, and the spacious open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 is oriented towards the terrace and the outdoor pool. The three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and tree private en suitebathrooms.
The building is completely fenced and has 4 parking spaces. It is adorned with a children's playground, greenery and a pool of 36m2. In addition to having a lot of content in the outdoor area, there is also a game console for younger audiences so that some evening hours can be entertained inside the house.

Beautiful summer holiday house with swimming pool and very spacious. Village Tar is very lovely and you can find everything you need there, from grocery stores to restaurants. Also, beaches are amazing!

Had the best time in this villa! Grocery stores, restaurants are beaches are very close, and you can walk there. But if you want to visit bigger places, would recommend coming with a car or renting one. It's really well maintained and a beautiful place to stay for summer holidays. Highly recommend this place!
