Walk-in the front door to vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and extremely comfortable living space. The kitchen is spacious with concrete countertops and plenty of cookware for the chef in you. Stores, movies, malls within walking distance!
The home has three bedrooms with high ceilings. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a full. One of the queen beds is a gel Tempurpedic mattress. There is a half bath in the master bedroom with a shower that joins the other half bath. A jack and jill bathroom.
The locations of this home are extremely convenient. Close to many of the premier restaurants, fast foods, and parks. It is walking distance to Pomade Mall, Sky Fitness Center, two major movie theaters, grocery stores, Starbucks and many more.
It is less than a block from Lafortune Park and golf course and also St Francis Hospital and medical park. Close to Hwy I44 and Hwy 51 with a short distance from downtown. This home is quick access to everything in Tulsa!

I also work for FEMA as a reservist, currently deployed but doing most of the work from home. Fun Fact: This property was recently the filming set of a major network TV show. Confidentially agreement prevents me from publishing the name. It is a quiet home in the middle of it all. 24-hour grocery stores and restaurants close. Have high ratings on other sites but unfortunately, I don't ask for guest to review which has resulted in showing only negative ratings.
What makes this property unique
Front door parking, restaurants within walking distance, fast wifi, in a comfy home. September 2020 a large new smart TV was added to the living area.
